Lovely St. Maarten Rental
This property was perfect for three couples. The principal bedroom with its own ensuite was located on the second level. On the main level there were two other bedrooms, one with an ensuite washroom and the other with the washroom just outside the bedroom. You can walk to Simpson's Bay beach or Maho. The property was clean, and housekeeping came in twice during our weeklong stay. We met the owner of the property, and he was very nice. The property management company was not the best that we have ever dealt with. We had a lot of difficulty confirming the property did match the VRBO posting. They were slow to respond as well. On the day of our arrival, we met Elizabeth and she was lovely and helpful. The parking is on the road in front of the property, not behind a gate. There was no place to hang clothes in one of the bedrooms as well as a missing hairdryer in this room. You will need to buy your own toilet paper, paper towels, etc. It would have been nice to have had this included, so we didn't have to worry about shopping.Although there is a washer and dryer in the unit, it is not for guest use. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again. Thank you for having us.
