If you’re ready for some down time, some fun in the sun, then a Luxurious Crown Villa is for you. This listing is quoting a 4 Bedroom Villa, that has ensuite bathrooms, full kitchen, inside and outside dining area and its own Private Pool. What more could you ask for? Maid service? Included. Pool cleaned daily? Included. Airport transfers? Included from either Puerto Plata or Santiago airports.

As an 8x Shareholder, Elite Chairman Circle Member, and Real Estate Owner our bookings are given priority. We offer a discounted daily rate based on the 2014 All-Inclusive rates. This rate will be confirmed by the resort in your written check-in confirmation. The All-Inclusive Fees will be paid directly to the Resort upon arrival.

As Real Estate Owners, we can offer our guests the top amenities that are typically reserved for members. As part of the Gold Service, a Lifestyle representative will meet you at the airport, either Puerta Plata (POP) or Santiago (STI) and will whisk you to the resort to begin your Awesome All-inclusive Vacation!

My wife and I have been traveling the Caribbean over 20 years, and we like to extend some of the nuggets we’ve learned over the years. Our goal is to provide you a personal level of service as you plan your vacation.

I recommend you stay a minimum of four nights (will deviate except during high season), and you can arrive any day of the week. To enjoy all the activities offered you really need a week but feel free to go as your schedule permits. We are confident you’ll want to come back.

You will pay me the quoted amount for your stay, and when you arrive at the resort, you will pay the All-inclusive fee based upon the number of people arriving.

Located in one of the top vacation locations in the world, (as reported by the New York Times), Puerto Plata is located on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. Your Vacation in a private Villa will include a Chef to cook your breakfast and 12 All-Inclusive restaurants to choose from.

Your Vacation will be the best of both, a Private Villa plus an Awesome All-Inclusive resort experience!

Our All-Inclusive rate includes all your meals, beverages including unlimited alcohol and a multitude of other amenities including:
• Direct access to four spectacular beaches: Harmony Beach, Lifestyle Beach, VIP Beach, and NV Beach.

I rented a condo at this resort from an owner. Everything was as he said it would be. However, the resort itself failed to respond to our report that the air conditioner didn't work in one of the bedrooms, and the daily concierge requests for sodas, water, and ice were sporadic and took several calls to receive our order. The food in the restaurants was very good. There were things in the unit we were assigned to that could have been fixed, but did not hamper our experience.

Love this resort!!

This is a very nice resort. The villa was beautiful. It would have gotten five stars if it were not for the constant requests for me to purchase a time share and the reminders that I could not visit their best pools and restaurants because I was not a member.

Amazing…. All of it!

Don’t believe any of the negative reviews of this resort!!! We had the most fantastic vacation. Delicious breakfast prepared for us every morning! Dinner reservations all set up nightly and all the food was great! Golf cart was fun and definitely handy to get around. Ready to go back. 😁 Only small complaint was the beds were hard. Lol, but we survived and loved every moment.

The best vacation every

Very easy to book. They communicated with us every step of the way. Very accommodating. All staff was very friendly. Breakfast ever morning in our Villa was very good and the family liked that they were about to choose their own menu. Restaurants were all very good food, each menu different. Many pools to choose from with beds on the beach and someone always there to serve you a frozen drink!! The kids loved riding around the resort on golf carts. Fun fun fun!! It will be hard to top this trip!! We will be back

Great Villa

Beautiful villa. Spacious bedrooms. Nice decor. Private. Expected a car to pick up our group of six; however, our group was placed on a charter bus with about ten other guests. Was told we had access to about 11 restaurants but we were pre-scheduled each night for a restaurant so we were not able to select the restaurant we wished to go to on a particular evening. Other than that, it was an amazing experience. The entire staff was very pleasant and very helpful. I definitely recommend Lifestyle Resort.

Great Vacation

I am a skeptic by nature and I did not know what to expect till we arrived. Everything that is posted is true. We had a great time. The property is beautiful, the food is good and some of the restaurants are excellent. There was nightly entertainment. There was some issues with lights not working, the rain flooded the upstairs master bedroom and the drain in the downstairs backed up due to the rain. But maintenance and housekeeping took care the issues as quickly as they could. We would come back. Thank you John (owner) and Drake (assistant) for the great vacation.

great location and great property managers

First off, I want to thank John Wells’ team, the whole process was perfect from beginning to end. Do not read the Trip Adviser comments on this resort, they have nothing to do with what you get by renting from this group. From the airport pick up, to the check in process, I have never felt so well takin care in an all-inclusive resort. The high beaches that you get with this rental are amazing, the food and drinks are also very good. John’s team takes care of everything before you arrive, so no waiting in line to reserve your restaurants, no waiting for the check-in. I am not a huge fan of all-inclusive resorts but this combination of a villa with private pool, stocked fridge and all-inclusive for the rest of the resort was perfect. We had a late flight and left the resort at three and they allowed us to keep our privileges until we left the resorts. This has become our new favourite resort and will rent from John many more times.

Just what the doctor ordered

This is a beautiful villa!!!! It was more than I expected. We had 4 bedrooms, a pool and what I thought was a hot jacuzzi; however, most of the jacuzzis in the DR are cold. That was no problem. It had an outdoor shower, and plenty of pool furniture. I do recommend upgrading to the black band as it gives you access to more. One of the benefits we had with the black band was a barbecue at the villa. If I had to do it again, I would have scheduled the barbecue on the first night—-just to have leftovers when I’m too lazy to leave the villa. We also had a golf cart which was very convenient. All in all everything was wonderful & the resort it secured to the max!!

Wonderful Time

We had a fantastic time, chef,maids servers staff were just fantastic. Location was great. Goft Carts also a hit especially when everything is so far. I was thankful for that since we took our Mom that cannot walk too much. The only thing was that there was no water the first day and the last day we were leaving total inconvenience. But all in all I rate this place a 9. Thank you.
