The capacity of the penthouse is total of 12 guest. (8 adults & 4 kids (<8 years old)).

Penthouse has elevator and stair access.

Breath taking view on both balconies and terraces. Fully equipped with furniture, 4 separate 65'' Smart TVs (in both living rooms, master bedroom and bedroom 4. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and both living rooms.

The Kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you might need during your stay to prepare a family meal. The kitchen has all the appliances you need, including a stove/oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave and coffee maker.

Living room: Exceptional, cozy leaving room where you can enjoy having coffee with your friends, watching a nice movie or to share your meal in the open dining room.

Dining Room: Full sized hand made black walnut dinning room table with 8 chairs.

The 2nd floor terrace offers maximum comfort and privacy. Direct access from level 2 living room and level 2 master bedroom. Enjoy the sunset, breath, read, make yoga or just relax in the comfortable and cozy oceanfront terrace.

The condo is great for families with kids and big groups. The ocean breezes and quiet location are very relaxing. Walking distance to restaurants, gym, spa, waterparks, ect. With a short drive to supermarkets, banks, hospitals and restaurants.

UPDATE NOTE: The swimming pool is closed and under full renovation. We don't expect it to be completed until years end.
With that being said, we have reduced our pricing to reflect the
inconvenience and the condo is still open for booking.
