Looking for quiet seclusion? -You just found it! Escape to the Poconos.
"Robins Nest" features an open floor plan, a pellet stove (warm & cozy) and a 7 person hot tub.
This house is beautiful and is well equipped. There are 3 bedrooms, a loft and 2 full bathrooms. The over-sized master bedroom is upstairs has a King bed a walk in closet, a TV and a private bath. Also
upstairs is the loft (den) with a daybed with trundle that sleeps 2 & a futon bed/couch & a tv.
The downstairs main area features an open floor plan, a pellet stove.
in the Living Room, a couch & loveseat & a flat screen TV. The beautiful wood Dining Room table seats 8 and is counter height!
One bedroom has a Queen bed and the other has a bunk bed with a full size futon mattress on the bottom (sleeps 3). All rooms have TVs.

Valarie was so very welcoming, and i appreciate her letting us in her home. The house was very clean and the kitchen being fully stocked came in handy. The hot tub felt amazing too. Would definitely rent again in the future!

It is a beautiful home near a small steam. The yard is large with a fire pit and plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and breakfast on the deck. The location was perfect and we were able to travel easily to our planned activities.

Amazing location, very peaceful stay. It was so nice relaxing on the deck that overlooks the creek. We loved the hot tub too. The location was near plenty of nice trails. Can't wait to come back!

The place was great as it well suited our needs. The kids really enjoyed the stream in the back yard. It was also nice coming back to the hot tub at the end of the day to relax. My only criticism is the place could of been cleaned a bit better before we arrived.

This place is magical! It really couldn't have been more perfect! The property is amazing. With the creek running behind it, and small waterfall on the side, it was so peaceful! The host and house were amazing. We cooked in and the kitchen had everything we needed! We will definitely be booking again! If you want a relaxing, peaceful vacation spot, this is definitely it!!

Peace and quiet!

Loved the location and land the house is on...The hot tub is wonderful.Buskill falls is only 7 min away and the pool was half mile up the road ..We thoroughly enjoyed everything.The kitchen could use some quality utensils for cooking,and some bar wear .We did bring catering so it was a blessing not to have to find places to eat since there is nothing around lol..and the drive way is very steep so it took some getting used to.. Valerie was very sweet and accommodating and we would absolutely come back to enjoy the sweet surroundings of nature !

Geeat weekend

We had a great time…definitely pack sneakers and flip flops (for the hot tub). The area around the house is so beautiful. There are so many trails close by (Tom’s Creek, Two Ponds, Hornbecks - all pet friendly). I highly recommend Hornbecks. About 1.5 mile to a beautiful water fall. I would do this before spending money at Bushkill Falls. Check out a map for Childs Park. The Digmans Falls are closed for renovation this summer…but many others in the area. Hike and explore nature during the day and soak is the hot tub in the evening. Perfect Get Away!

Perfect ski weekend getaway!

We had a wonderful time at the Robins nest retreat! Our hosts were extremely attentive and helpful during the massive snow storm and the house had everything we needed for a weekend away! The house was perfectly situated between restaurants and Shawnee mountain. And there’s nothing better than enjoying a relaxing, scenic hot tub session after a day of skiing! We will definitely be back!

Why they chose this property

We decided to buy the house next door when it became available since we have fallen in love with Tom's creek, which runs right in the backyard!

What makes this property unique

It is a quiet, secluded house in a amenity filled, private lake community. I am told that the pictures don't do it justice... The outdoor space is lovely with stringed lights for an enchanting evening soak in the hot tub or a relaxing time around the gas fireplace table.
