Welcome to my home!

Bright and tastefully furnished, this charming flat is within walking distance to various top attractions in Paris!

Fitted with a sofabed, a sofa and a TV, relax in the living room after a long day in the city. There's also a large window that brightens the space during the day. If you fancy dining in, there's a dining table complete with a table and 4 chairs where you can dine with loved ones!

The kitchen is fully equipped with basic appliances and cutleries you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, an oven, and a fridge.

The bedroom contains a comfy queen bed, a wardrobe for your belongings, and a work desk complete with a TV at your disposal. Upon arrival, complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

## Neighborhood

Classic buildings mingle with modern high-rises in the multicultural 13th arrondissement. France's main library, the Bibliothèque Nationale François Mitterrand, is set within book-shaped towers. The Quai de la Gare's hip music clubs, cafes and bars on riverboats draw late-night revelers.

Be charmed by the Butte-aux-Cailles, a historical area where you’ll discover various kinds of arts and messages on the walls of buildings. In the evening, the Butte-aux-Cailles is a festive place, ideal for if you’re looking to grab a meal or an aperitif!

Don’t forget to visit Paris’s Chinatown! The city’s Chinatown teems with bright Asian groceries and a mixture of upscale and budget Chinese and Vietnamese eateries. Lively both day and night, this area is also ideal for shopping as this place offers the cheapest price in the city!

## Transit

My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train!

The nearest train station is Maison Blanche (Line 7) - just 4 mins away on foot. There's also Porte de Choisy station just 5 mins away. From these stations, you can go to various places in or on the outskirts of Paris!

Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is 30 mins drive from the flat.

## Notes

Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
