Good Parisian apartment in a superb location. Very near to Metro station, supermarket and bakeries. The apartment is fully equipped with everything that you would need, and more. We really enjoyed the coffee machine and made full use of the terrace. Suggestion for improvement - all the electrical items in the flat are showing signs of age so could do with replacement.

Lovely stay in the 18th

Convenient to local transportation, food markets and restaurants nearby. The balcony is a real treat for enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. A bit of mold in the shower but that can be easily fixed. Host is charming and responds quickly to any questions.

This small apartment is a 5 min walk to metro and also serviced by several buses. A lovely stroll across to Sacre Coeur. It is full of small things to make help you be comfortable. Gerard is a very gracious host.

Great spot and welcoming host

Gerard was fantastic with responsiveness and gave great directions to nearby metro and supermarket, which were very helpful. There are a few stairs to get into the building, just something to keep in mind for suitcase packing. All the amenities we could have wanted and made our stay hassle free!

Cozy apartment

The location was exactly what we needed to experience Paris at its best: so many bakeries nearby, the grocery store is around the corner, walking distance to Montmartre.

Wonderful!

Gerard was a wonderful host! Excellent communication, easy check in, perfect accommodation for my brother and me and a whirlwind three day trip to beautiful Paris. Location in Montmartre was perfect - close to metro, many many restaurants and cafes, plus all the wonders of Montmartre.

Calm and cosy place

Comfortable quiet apartment close to metro

Perfect stay for our family of four. Host is flexible and kind and met us in person. Close to grocery store, multiple cafes and restaurants and the lamarc metro is a block away. Quiet, clean and comfortable, would definitely recommend for other families.

Great stay

We had a great stay at this apartment near Montmarte. The property is close to the metro and bus which it seemed we needed to take the bus to get to where we wanted to go more than the metro. It all worked out well. There are many nice restaurants in the area. We would stay here again.

4 day trip to Paris

Location is excellent, apartment is very cute and clean. We fit 4 people, 2 on the pullout couch was definitely a squeeze but doable. Gerard is a fantastic host and very helpful.

Excellent and well maintained

An excellent and well maintained property. The owner is extremely gracious and helpful, provided clear instructions to property and met us on site. The flat was extremely clean, well maintained and had a generous supply of basic supplies for cooking and washing. Markets, bakeries and restaurants are nearby and easy access to Metro and Sacre Coeur Cathedral. Enjoyed our stay very much.

The owner Gerard was very helpful and met us on arrival.The apartment was clean with all facilities and had a bslvomy from which Sacre Coeur was visible. We had a great stay in a very nice part of Paris

Peaceful Apartment in Montmartre

This is a very nice sized one bedroom apartment close to the Sacré Coeur and the metro. The balcony was a great plus. Fans in the living room and bedroom helped keep the place cool. The apartment faces an interior courtyard so it is very quiet. We had a great stay.

Fantastic apartment in good location

Well located apartment with lovely outside terrace with view of Sacre Coeur, and access to outdoor shared pool. Well equipped, clean, Gerard was an excellent host. Decor dated but it was very comfortable and incredibly reasonably priced.We had a fantastic stay!

Great apartment and convenient Paris location

Stayed here 3 nights. Very comfortable apartment in great Montmartre neighborhood. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed, and the balcony with views of Sacré-Cœur was an added bonus. Apartment was clean, and communication with Gérard was excellent. Distance to the metro is only about one block so easy to get to other parts of Paris. Highly recommended rental.

Convenient for Montmarte Stay

The apartment itself is clean and well kept; the building not as much. It’s convenient having the metro close. The owner met me when I arrived and explained everything. I would recommend.

Very nice property

The house is beautiful with a fantastic terrace from which you can see a glimpse of the bell tower of the Sacred Heart church, sleeps 4, with a bedroom separated from the dining room where there is a queen size sofa bed. We met the host upon arrival and was very kind. The house is fully equipped, in an excellent location 5 minutes walk from the Lemarck metro. Colaincourt, the Montmartre hill and boulangerie, bistros, restaurants etc. When we return to Paris we will definitely stay here.

Great place

Close to Sacre Coeur. Photo shows metro stop not exterior of apt. Spacious for 4 given it is Paris. Only con: Pull-out bed is very squeaky; could be upgraded. Towels are thin but the shower is great. Excellent bakeries and metro minutes away. Owner is friendly and easy to communicate with via app or text. Overall: very positive.

Family trip

Gerard was an excellent host. Unfortunately I was pickpocketed upon our arrival to Paris and lost my phone. Luckily I had shared Gerard’s contact information with my husband and I was able to contact him from my husband’s phone. He was so kind as to meet us at the front of the building and lead us to the apartment. Before our arrival Gerard went above and beyond and offered very specific directions which metros to take to reach his apartment. His apartment was very well stocked and we would stay there again.

Well equipped, cozy two room apartment with large patio on quiet street in Montmartre neighborhood

Host reached out via txt a few days before arrival already and greeted us at the unit the day of. Provided quick tour of the unit and detailed instructions for everything from keys to sleeper couch, Wifi, washer, roller blinds, and all the equipment in the well stocked kitchen. Unit was a bit on the small side for our family of four but since we were exploring the city every day in perfect August summer weather it worked out just fine for the four days / three nights we were there. View of the Sacré Cœur from the deck; supermarket, bars/ restaurants and boulangeries with way too tasty pastries and great breads are just around the corner. Metro, bus, and a Velolib bike rental rack within a few minutes walking distance. Would book it again any time - highly recommend it!!

A perfect little Paris retreat

Me and my family (four adults in all) stayed here for a week and couldn't have enjoyed it more! It was well stocked with all the necessities (from various bar glasses to fans to plenty of towels to a couple umbrellas in one of the closets), and was just the right size for the four of us. The highlight was the balcony with a nice view of the buildings going up the Montmartre hill, with the Sacre Coeur itself peeking over the summit! We had a couple nights where we put together a charcuterie board for dinner with wine and relaxed and enjoyed our view. The bathroom had a nice shower and a washing machine for clothes (no dryer but we just dried them on the balcony). There was a nice bakery on the corner by our building and it was just a short walk to the Lamarck station on line 12. (A tip: this station has a lot of steps so make sure to find the elevator when you come back from sightseeing!) There were a couple small grocery stores nearby, our favorite was the one to the left of the Lamarck station entrance. Check-in was very easy, Gérard met us there and explained everything we needed to know (he only speaks French but got the points across!). The apartment complex itself felt very secure, you used a code to get into the first building, crossed a courtyard, used a code for the second building, and the apartment was on an upper floor. Very secure, and also very quiet at night--perfect. We absolutely loved our stay, it made our vacation extra special! Thank you, Gérard!
