New, cozy and cute house with private yard, 2 km. from the sea
Casa Zia Mariolina is a completely new home. It is located in Via Trieste one of the main streets of Cabras in a quiet area close to all services (market, distributor, tobacconist, restaurants, bars, etc.). Located on the ground floor, but made up of two floors. On the ground floor the living area with kitchen, bathroom with small tub and paved courtyard and with wooden veranda, illuminated. Upstairs (accessible by a wooden spiral staircase) the sleeping area with 1 double bedroom (with a small balcony) and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (70 × 190) and a small bathroom with shower. Mosquito nets in all openings. The house has everything: five-burner hob, oven, fridge + freezer, microwave, dishwasher, air conditioners (extra cost in steps based on consumption), toaster, hairdryer, 32 "TV, 80 liter water heater. In the private internal courtyard there is a barbecue, an external shower (with hot water), a 7 kg washing machine, a fountain and a veranda with wooden cover and with table and 4 chairs. The house is for 6 people. Compulsory final cleaning € 70. Optional linen hire € 10 per person. Deposit € 200 in cash.

Agréable séjour en Sardaigne
Petite maison sympathique. Literie trop juste pour de grands enfants. Système de tri des déchets compliqué en Sardaigne, et pas expliqué, c'est dommage. Linge de maison vieillot. Malgré cela maison très agréable et bien située

Zu viele kleine Mängel
1)
Kontaktsprache: Deutsch, Italienisch
In der Realität sprach niemand Deutsch.
2)
Mit dem Anbieter „Germano“ gab es keine Kommunikation.
Bei uns hat sich per WhatsApp eine Michela gemeldet. Diese hat sich nicht vorgestellt.
Letztlich wurden wir weder von Germano noch von Michela empfangen oder verabschiedet.
Stattdessen hat uns eine Person 3 begrüßt und eine Person 4 verabschiedet.

Michela hat uns die Tel.Nr. einer Frau gegeben, welcher wir mitteilen sollen, wann wir ankommen.
Dies taten wir. Als Antwort bekamen wir eine Sprachnachricht in Italienisch. Wir teilten mit, dass wir kein Italienisch verstehen. Darauf bekamen wir eine Antwort als italienische Textnachricht.
Die Dame hat uns dann empfangen und die Zimmer gezeigt.
Am Tag des Auszugs bekamen wir wieder eine italienische Sprachnachricht von Michelas Vertretung. Zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt war erneut eine weitere Person vor unserem Haus. Auch diese Frau sprach weder Deutsch noch Englisch und so wussten wir am Anfang gar nicht, was die Dame von uns will.

Klimaanlage war vorhanden, wurde aber von uns nicht genutzt, weil uns bei der Ankunft ein Vertrag vorgelegt wurde, wonach wir pro kWh Strom einen Betrag zahlen sollten, der um Faktor 4 bis 10 teurer war als der für Sardinien übliche Preis (bezogen auf das Jahr 2018, Informationen aus Google).

Wer eine Ferienwohnung wählt, möchte auch Kochen.
Es gab in der Küche 1 kleiner Topf, 1 großen Topf.
Keine passenden Deckel, keine Kochlöffel, keine Pfannenwender.
Die Pfannen rochen sehr stark nach Schimmel und ranzigem Fett.

In der 1.Nacht fiel der linke Teil des Türrahmens, der nur gesteckt ist, aufs Bett.
In der 2.Nacht fiel der obere Teil herunter.
Das Geländer der Wendeltreppe ist oben nicht befestigt.
Ventilatoren sind teilweise oder total defekt.

Beim Einzug wurde nicht erklärt, wie der Müll entsorgt wird. Wir mussten erst nachfragen.
Der Müll muss streng getrennt werden in Bio, Papier, Glas, Büchsen, Plastik und Restmüll. Pro Tag wird 1 Sorte Müll abgeholt. Welche das ist, erklärt ein Müll-Kalender.
Der Müll wird entweder in Säcken oder in Eimern vor das Haus gestellt.
An einem Morgen war der Bio-Müll samt Eimer weg. Michela hat uns dafür verantwortlich gemacht, dass der Eimer gestohlen wurde.
Technisch ist es nicht möglich, bis zum Auszug jede Sorte Müll zu entsorgen. Der Vermieter erwartet jedoch genau das.
Nach Abreise bekamen wir von Michela die WhatsApp: „Bye Bye. Thank you for your garbage.“

Una settimana incantevole
La casa di Germano è perfetta: deliziosamente arredata con piccoli particolari che ti fanno capire che c'è stata molta cura nella ristrutturazione, molto luminosa, fresca, comoda e funzionale.
Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati benissimo. Una casa e una settimana incantevole.

Casa molto carina... un gioiellino
La casa è veramente carina, comoda e funzionale, nonostante gli spazi un po' ridotti. Per noi è stato indispensabile utilizzare l'aria condizionata di notte perché ci abbiamo vissuto una settimana con un clima veramente torrido, ma probabilmente con un clima più normale non sarebbe neppure stato necessario.
Perfetta per 6 persone. La camera con i letti a castello è più adatta per ragazzi o bambini, perché non molto spaziosa, ma ci si dorme bene.
Molto apprezzati il barbecue e la doccia esterna. Arredata in maniera gradevole e attrezzata molto bene.
