Wonderful host, we had no issues with our stay.....would definitely stay again.. great people adorable cottage.. bring a vinyl and dance the nite away with a little nostalgic record player. Thank you Host.....

Delivers what it promises: A quiet, clean, comfortable place for one or two people to relax, have easy quick access to Denton attractions, and avoid paying for frills they don't need.TOP OTHER COOL THINGS: 1. Central Air that worked great in 100 degree heat2. I didn't have to gather up sheets/towels myself at end3. Allocated parking spot with private, secure entrance

Excellent 1 bed apartment - lovely area of town- great bed, nothing bad to say and we would def be back if we are in the area again! Thanks for a 5 star stay!

Great location that was quiet and easy access. It was close to anything you would need. The host were quick to respond to questions and problems. Good place to stay.

Gorgeous location, wonderful stay

Gorgeous little property in a beautiful neighborhood. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable to stay. Looking forward to staying here again.

Honestly our stay was semi-ok. Semi-ok bcus there were some area's of complaints. There was a bulky, uncomfortable feeling to the mattress. Also, it was dirty in some areas of the house. It was very dusty under the living room sofa and I found a candy box and a Doritoes bag under it as well. That leaves me to believe they didn't clean the house properly. The light fixture over the kitchen sink was loose and leaning on one end and the hook for hanging a towel in the bathroom was loose and ready to fall out if you use it (I didn't use it). Also there were a few patched holes and one in the bathroom that wasn't patched due to the door hanger (for towels,robes) having contact with the wall when you completely open the door. None of the doors in the house had door stoppers, so I told the owner about it and suggested she place stoppers on all doors to keep from punchering the walls. The internet services went out for two days of stay and Mr. Ronald and Mrs. Jenny reimbursed us of 100 respectively. As for our contact with the owners, they definitely respond quickly and have pleasant personalities. I would try another stay here, bcus the owners are truly sweet people. I'd just hope that mattress were replaced.

Very nice guesthouse

This was a wonderful place to stay. Dates of stay were May15-17th. Perfect area of town. Nice and quiet. We enjoyed it and would stay there again.

University-area Haven

Perfect for 1 or 2 couples needing to stay close to the University or access some of the Denton area attractions and events. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the Hosts are polite and friendly. Highly recommend!

Just right

This property was just right for me & my husband who visit Denton each July to see friends. Great location. Cute house. And as Goldie Locks would say, "Just right." We'll be back!

Perfect location

Wonderful place to stay with family. Quiet neighborhood, near lots of restaurants. The house was just like advertised. It was stocked with everything you need. Seeing the.chockens was a plus for the kids.

Great place!

A lovely apartment in a tree-abundant neighborhood. Our stay was clean and quiet with ample space and kitchen amenities. The host was prompt in returning messages.

Lovely retreat

We stayed here for s quiet getaway to have a reading retreat and this place was perfection. Quiet neighborhood, lots of couch space to relax on and read, a well stocked kitchen to cook in and they left a fantastic information manual with lots of great places around the area to eat and visit. Will definitely be back to do this again on an annual basis.

Great place close to the heart of Denton

It was a short test to take a test at UNT. This place is walking distance to all the great places in the historical part of Denton. The place is cute and cozy. I highly recommend it.

Second visit to this peaceful place

I needed a place to stay between two events and this was a perfect retreat! It was quiet and I got to work on a project in peace. I could have walked to several places for groceries or food. It also worked great for when my son joined me the second night- be aware that the bathroom is in the bedroom if that is an issue for you. Thanks again for my quiet getaway!

We will Return!

Loved our weekend stay here to check it out for a long-term stay. Ron & Jenny are great hosts. The neighborhood is great and very convenient to many restaurants and shopping. (Even though most were closed due to COVID-19!!) Their place is very roomy and well laid out. We will be returning!!
