Beautiful Hunting Creek Neighborhood Derby Rental, sleeps 12 ppl
Our lovely home is located in the Hunting Creek neighborhood right off hole 14. There is easy access to I-71, 1-265 and I-264, which can take you right down to the track for Derby.
The first floor offers a large formal living room, study, dining room (seats 10), large eat-in kitchen (seats 10), guest half-bath, and one bedroom that includes a queen bed with en suite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub.
The second floor includes three bedrooms and two full baths. Bedroom 1 has a king bed with en suite bathroom featuring jacuzzi tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen sized mattresses with room for an additional air mattress upon request.. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have easy access to the full bath located in hallway.
The walkout basement is fully finished and furnished with two 75" 4k TVs, sectional couch, wet bar, dining table, play area, half bathroom, laundry room, and a sleeping area with a queen and full bed.
If you are looking to entertain outside, we have a walk out patio directly off the dining/kitchen with outdoor seating, dining table, and wood burning fireplace.
The house can sleep a total of 14 people.
