About this property

Mountain Ski House, Hot Tub, Cottonwood Canyons location!

Come enjoy a stay at our comfy, cozy ski house! The Mountain Ski House is located just a few minutes from the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon and about 8 minutes away from the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon. It's the perfect hideout for hitting the slopes in the famous Utah snow! Both canyons offer world-class skiing, snowboarding and incredible mountain views. If that doesn't fit your needs, we're a short drive away from downtown SLC and some really tasty eateries to get a feel for city life.

Our home is equipped with four bedrooms. A master bedroom located upstairs with a king bed and fully attached bathroom to fit your needs. Two bedrooms on the main floor, one with a king bed and the other with a twin and bunk bed and a hallway bathroom in between the two. Last but not least, the basement bedroom has a king bed and an attached full bathroom. If that doesn't fit your needs, we also have two mattresses in the master closet which means our home can sleep up to 10 with beds.

The downstairs theater room is set up with a 75” TV and 4 bean bags as well as a sectional couch. The TV is set up with Roku so you're able to stream anything you want form your phone. Upstairs in the living room you'll enjoy a large sectional sofa with family and friends as you watch your favorite episodes of “The Office” in comfort.The home is set up with high-speed wifi and cable TV. If you prefer Netflix or YouTube, you can also cast your own content to any of the three large TVs from any smartphone.

Outside we have a seven person hot tub right off the kitchen that is great to relax in after a long day of Utah adventures. The house is a twin home and shares a single side with a neighboring unit.

Please note that we do not allow parties here. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a full loss of the deposit and the party will be shut down. We also ask that quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am each night.

Good location, plenty of room, and clean.

Location allowed for easily access to highways. Instruction in the use of air-condition unit on the master bedroom, and the setting of the home thermostat unit should have been provided, as the temperatures of the day was in the 90's. Overall had a very enjoyable visit. Our first time in Salt Lake City. Thank you!
