Our stay was wonderful in this house hidden in the mountains with amazing views! The house was neat and family friendly to my parents and nieces. We had lots of fun playing pool and enjoyed the well maintain hot tub! We look forward to coming back when we visit Utah! Host was very communicative and welcoming!
From check-in to checkin-out our experience was great! For a family of 10 this house was perfect for us, very spacious and convenient for such a big family. Our older kids didn’t go one day without playing some pool, they loved it!
Really fun house. Everything was as advertised. Rooms downstairs were kinda small, but we loved the pool table room. Kitchen and dining area was great. Location was perfect for what we needed. We would stay again.

It was very difficult to find the property when we arrived at night. No lights were on and it was very dark. There were no towels in the bathroom. Had to contact owner to find some. Bath could have been cleaner. The oven and stove smoked when used.Hot tub was nice, wifi was good. Main level and bedrooms were clean.

I'm sincerely sorry that you had trouble finding the property! The towels were left drying in the dryer and I apologize about that as well! I have addressed and corrected all issues with the cleaners and maintenance.
Large areas to gather. Well equipped kitchen. Got a dusting of snow which was a bonus for the kids. Thank you for accomidating our family for our family funeral.
Situated on the route to Snowbird and Alta. Lots of bedrooms. Nice to have the hot tub, although it was kind of small. Even though on the main road to Snowbird, road noise was never a problem, the house is set back just enough and there isn't any night traffic on that road. Nice to have the gear room with boot dryer for all the ski gear.
Appreciated the amount of space, how clean the home was on arrival, and the host’s clear communication. The water pressure was excellent, and it was nice to find small thoughtful touches like a brand-new sponge, dishwasher and laundry tabs, and plenty of drinking vessels. The hot tub was also clean and hot, which we enjoyed. That said, the house didn’t quite live up to its high rating for us. The linens were mismatched and many towels were stained, frayed, or had holes. The couches were very worn, and the overall layout was maze-like and difficult to navigate. The outdoor space was overgrown with weeds and fallen branches, which made it feel neglected. Inside, many of the dishes were chipped, mismatched, and not nearly enough for the number of guests the house is supposed to accommodate. There also weren’t enough bath towels (they were mostly beach towels), and several outlets didn’t work. The windows were dirty with visible handprints, and the stairs to the basement were broken in a way that felt unsafe.Although the hot tub was clean and hot, it wasn’t practical for a group: three adults could not sit comfortably, it seems best suited for two. We also had a lot of difficulty removing and replacing the lid, with no safe place to store it while in use.Overall, while the size and cleanliness were positives, the condition of the furnishings, lack of upkeep, and limitations like the hot tub made our stay less comfortable than expected.Probably best for a guys-only ski trip.
Super accommodating and responsive hosts! Tons of space. Location is perfect, grocery store down the street and easy access to the mountain and airport.
