Two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room.

First Floor:

Two air-conditioned bedrooms, including a master suite with sea views, a dressing room, and a private bathroom.
An additional annex room, perfect for accommodating two children, offering a practical and flexible solution.

Amenities and Services

Swimming Pool: Unheated, with integrated lighting, maintained once a week.
Linen Service:
Complete bedding for 8 people (4 double beds).
8 bath towels and 8 hand towels.
Linen is not replaced during the stay unless requested. Replacement service is available for an additional fee of €180.
Sleeping Arrangements:
3 beds measuring 160 x 200.
2 beds measuring 90 x 200 (can be combined into a 180 x 200 bed).
2 additional beds measuring 80 x 190 for the annex room.
Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Includes an oven, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine with grinder, microwave, kettle, and toaster.
Air Conditioning: Available in all bedrooms and living areas.
Outdoor Spaces: Multiple terraces, garden lounges, and sun loungers for full enjoyment of the outdoors.

Additional Information

Neighborhood: Located in a peaceful and sought-after area, the villa is close to beaches and amenities while offering total privacy for a serene vacation.
Access: The villa is equipped with stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
Parking: Two parking spaces are available on the property (not recommended for low-clearance vehicles).

Property Details

Ownership: This villa is owned by the SCI Les Oliviers. Yohann Bolzan is mandated to oversee the promotion and organization of stays.

Financial Management: All booking-related transactions are handled directly by the reservation platforms (VRBO, Expedia, etc.). Funds are transferred directly to the property owner within 4 to 7 days after the guests' arrival. Yohann Bolzan does not manage financial flows.
