The house ticked many boxes for what we were looking for, so have given a favourable rating as we enjoyed ourselves. The hosts were really nice people too and very communicative.Reflecting back on our experience the only thing I would say is that it needs a little work to be suitable for young children and larger groups like ours.Constructive feedback - not intended as a sleight, but only to improve the experience for others:- Outside chairs: most were broken and quite dangerous to sit back on- Bannister: very wobbly, not fixed and dangerous if one did need to use it to support oneself- Pool cover rail: wasn’t screwed in! One of our party lent on it and nearly had a bad injury. We noticed it was just delicately balanced on a little ledge.- Table tennis table was broken however we managed to fix it up using tools in the garage- Sun loungers were in various states of disrepair. One out of the 4 was ok. One was totally unusable.- Microwave: functional, however in state of disrepair requiring a key to physically prise open the door because the open button had broken. - Probably a bathroom short for the number of bedrooms when fully occupied- Step height from conservatory into garden and from decking onto garden not infant-friendly- Size of bin not big enough for full occupancyMost of these things are things that can be resolved really easily through a little handiwork or investment, so sharing with the best of intent.

Cher Rick, nous vous remercions pour vos précieux commentaires qui nous permettent d'améliorer le séjour des prochains locataires. Lors de la remise des clés, nous vous avons indiqué plusieurs fois de nous appeler en cas de problème. Etant à une heure de la location, nous aurions pu certainement en résoudre un certain nombre. Nous sommes aussi étonnés que vous ne nous ayez rien signalé quand nous sommes venus récupérer la maison. Cela permet souvent de résoudre la majorité des problèmes avant l'arrivée des locataires suivants, en particulier la barrière de la bache de piscine que vous avez repositionné en équilibre et qui est tombée à nouveau. Mobilier de jardin en plastique: 3 chaises defectueuses remplacées. Le salon de jardin en bois massif de la veranda et celui en fer forgé du jardin complètent le salon en plastique.Pour le jeu dans la rampe d'escalier, nous allons faire interveinir un menuisier ainsi que pour la barrière qui permet de rouler la couverture de piscine.Les précédents locataires avaient en effet cassé une chaise longue qu'ils ont remplacé. Nous avions oublié de retirer l'ancienne. 2 chaises longues en plastique et 2 chaises longues tissees anciennes mais qui fonctionnent encore en dépannage. Nous le préciserons dans l'annonce Microonde remplacé- Le descriptif des salles d'eau est précis. En effet, seulement 3 douches/bain et 2 toilettes. Les locataires sont au courant quand ils réservent.Idem pour la hauteur de la terasse précisée dans l'annonce. Nous compléterons le descriptif avec la hateur de marche de la véranda qui est de 27 cm soit 7 cm de plus que les marches de l'escalier.La poubelle est remplacée par une grande poubelle. Nous souhaitons une belle continuation à votre groupe jovial et sympathique.

Un bon séjour en pays nantais

Nous avons pu profitez de cette grande maison avec piscine durant une semaine entre amis : de nombreuses chambres, logement spacieux et beaucoup d’équipement à notre disposition (table de tennis de table, Molky, jeux de société, barbecue, vélos…). Un très bon séjour en pays nantais avec l’accessibilité en 20 minutes environ vers Nantes ou bien une heure de Saint-Nazaire. Centre-ville à 5 minutes. Un très bon accueil des propriétaires : merci!

Grande maison grande piscine

Grande maison bien placée pour visiter Nantes et les alentours Noirmoutier Saint Nazaire Guerande. Piscine profonde au centre pour les plongeons et très agréable. Nous avons apprécié les arbres du jardin pour manger à l’ombre. Tout était prévu pour nos deux familles . Maison très bien équipée. Proprietaires réactifs .
