Grande Maison Familiale à Nantes Avec Piscine

We rent our main house located in the west of Nantes (butte sainte Anne), in a very quiet location while being close to the city center (4 tram stations and 5 bus stops), 5 minutes walk from the extraordinary garden.

Large garden with swimming pool without vis-à-vis. 2 terraces (including 1 facing south), barbecue, ping pong table, table football.

The house has on the first floor a large bright living room, a large fully equipped kitchen and a TV room (subscription canal/disney+ and netflix) equipped with a sofa bed.
Upstairs, you have 5 bedrooms (3 with a double bed, 1 with a bunk bed and 1 with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms (shower and bathtub).
This is our main home so we are looking for people we can trust to whom we can leave all our belongings.

Bed linen and cleaning included

Nantes: 45 minutes from the first beaches (Pornic, Noirmoutiers, the Gulf of Morbihan, La Baule,...), 1 hour from the Puy du Fou

Activities in Nantes: the unique place, the machines of the island, the natural history museum, the Jules Verne museum, the trip to Nantes, the museum of fine arts, the castle of the Dukes of Brittany
