Nous vous invitons à découvrir notre coin privé qui donne directement sur San Pietro, à deux pas du Vatican. Vous pouvez séjourner dans une structure finement meublée pour vivre vos vacances idéales à Rome dans le confort

Avec nous, c'est comme se sentir chez soi. Nous vivons dans un bùtiment d'époque des années 1900 dans le centre de Rome, dans le quartier raffiné du Vatican, un coin précieux donnant sur le dÎme de San Pietro. Notre appartement propose 3 chambres pour ses hÎtes. Toutes les chambres sont équipées de salle de bain privée avec douche, climatisation, TV Hd Led, connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, kit de courtoisie et équipées de tout confort.
De notre appartement, vous pouvez marcher vers les principaux monuments de Rome en quelques minutes: du Vatican et des musées du Vatican, à Castel S. Angelo, jusqu'à la place d'Espagne et Trinità dei Monti, la fontaine de Trevi, le Panthéon et Campo de 'Fiori.
La station de métro A Ottaviano est à 5 minutes à pied et notre position vous permet d'accéder facilement à toutes vos destinations romaines.

The owner and his associates were the most friendly and helpful group of people whom I have had the honor to stay with. The location is beyond fantastic. To be almost inside the Vatican complex is priceless. Livio, his wife and compatriots were extraordinarily helpful in every way. We three pilgrims accomplished the Jubilee 2025 with a wonderful base of operations. God bless them all.

Topligging

Inchecken verliep zeer vlot. Gastvrouw was aanwezig. Vervoer van luchthaven naar accommodatie en terug (waren met 5 personen) werd geregeld door gastheer en verliep zeer vlot.Keukenfaciliteiten waren iets minder (kleine keuken) maar werden door ons weinig gebruikt.Alle kamers hebben airco, iedere slaapkamer eigen douche en toilet !!!Ligging is top voor alle bezoeken !!Tip : boekje in accommodatie met alle info (bakker, magazijn, metrostation, restaurantjes, to do’s 
..).Conclusie : toplocatie

They cancelled our reservation without cause then proceeded to jack up the price and offer it back to us. Awful.

Perfect location, great stay

We stayed in this same apartment last year and loved it so much we came back. Perfect location right across from the Vatican with views of St Peter’s from the windows. Very spacious and convenient apartment, feels like home. Livio was great and very helpful.

Great Location, Great Value

This is a very nice apartment just meters from St. Peter’s Square. It is located in a less-crowded area away from the congestion in the historic part of Rome, yet has a bus stop a few steps from the door which can get you anywhere. The apartment is actually 3 en-suite bedrooms/ baths with a kitchen and common area. Perfect for families that prefer some privacy for sleeping and showering. The host, Livio, is most friendly and accommodating, arranging for airport transfers, taxis, or early luggage drop if possible. The apartment is very clean, well-appointed and has good security. There is a short flight of indoor stairs leading to an elevator. We really enjoyed our 6 night stay!

We had a wonderful time in Rome. This apartment is wonderful and had space for the 5 of us. The location was terrific and in a safe neighborhood next to the Vatican. I would definitely stay here again. The host Livio and Lello his friend were very helpful and available when we needed their help. I highly recommend this apartment.

The ideal location for your stay in Rome!

Our group of five found the accommodation to be ideally located for exploring Vatican City and all it offers. A reasonably short walk will take you to” hop on hop off” buses that will take you on a tour of Rome.

Pre-cruise stay with six adults, can’t beat the location!! Cafe outside in the morning for coffee and plenty of options within a few hundred ft. One bed a little small but we managed! Overall would stay here again!!

Amazing position that is spacious and clean

This place is 10 out of 5 stars. The host and his family are wonderful. The position in the city that’s a short walk to the Vatican and near the bus stop that goes anywhere is amazing. The coziness and yet spaciousness of the apartment is perfect. Three separate bedrooms with three bathrooms including three showers. A kitchen with a large (for European standards) refrigerator and dinnerware. An elevator to get there! Everything was perfect! Stay here!

Great location

The best part of this property is location. Had some issues with cleanliness/maintenance of the place, however host was quick to respond and tried to rectify. The lady we received the keys from and showed the place only spoke Italian so there was some confusion there. Overall great location once you understand the area.

This was a very cool place to stay. It is just a few steps away from Saint Peters Square. The beds are a bit firm and the bathrooms a bit dated, but overall it was a gorgeous location, with a bathroom for each room and a great view of the Basillica.

Awesome stay in Rome

We loved our stay here in Rome, right across from the Vatican. The location was the initial reason for booking this apartment, and it proved a perfect spot for our Rome trip. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and spacious—great to have o it own bedrooms and bathrooms but with common area as well. We had to wait a bit upon arriving to get in, which made things a little difficult, but generally communication was great. Livio and his mother were very friendly and helpful. At one point the water heater stopped working, but Livio was great at communicating and got it squared away the next day—his mother even came over close to 10:00 at night to try and help get it running. We loved our week here and would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect accommodation

The location and amenities were great for our group of 4. We could walk or share a reasonably priced taxi everywhere. Nice restaurants, a coffee shop and taxi stand immediately to the right of the VRBO. Best of all Livio was an amazing host, arranging transportation to and from the airport and being available if needed. Thanks Livio!
