We had a quick one night stopover before flying out to Rome. Location is super close to the Vatican so if you're looking to see that it's very convenient. Good restaurants and cafes in the area. Owner was very easy to communicate with and very flexible/helpful (even when our flight got delayed). Apartment is large and separate bedrooms are nice for a family.

Great location and super clean!

The location of this apartment is a five minute walk to Vatican City, restaurants and is super clean. Emidio, the property manager, went above and beyond helpfulness to our group of 4, very responsive before our stay and even arranged transportation for us to the airport at the end of our stay. Wonderful property. Emidio was great with clear and easy communication at all times. Extremely close to the Vatican and close to the bus route for travel around Rome. Would not hesitate to recommend it to friends/family or stay again if we ever returned to Rom!

Great stay with A/C!!

Great location, very clean, comfortable and well-taken care of. Emidio was a great host, very responsive, and helpful. He gave us good tourist tips like taking public transportation over the tourist buses. The two bedrooms have AC, and the beds are comfortable. There is a washing machine but no dryer. Would stay again.

On the website I didn’t write that there is the driver. In the apartment there is a balcony with drying rack: so clothes are dried without polluting. When you stayed in the apartment there was in Rome more than 40° Celsius (104° Fahrenheit): I don't think it was difficult to dry the clothes in such a temperature.

Great place near Vatican

Loved this apartment which is so close to the Vatican and central Rome. We could walk, bus, or taxi (10 Euros) to most of the major sites. The apartment is nicely decorated, air conditioned, and the beds were comfortable. There are a number of nice cafe's just beyond the front door (one in particular that we loved and had a bottle of wine at every night). Can't recommend this place enough for your next trip to Rome.

Good location to Vatican

We stayed for 5 days in aug ,I would not have booked it knowing there was no AC in the main living area only the bedrooms . Only having 1 towel per person was annoying also. The host Emidio was very quick to respond and brought us a fan upon request . Great proximity to the Vatican.

I gave a bath towel and a face towel for each guest. You rented a vacation apartment for a few days. You did not rent a hotel room The hotel must provide new towels every day: vacation apartments do not have to provide towels every day. Of course this and other reasons hotels cost more than vacation apartments. As for the air conditioning: the air conditioning works very well. In the apartment there are Daikin air conditioners. Daikin is the best brand of air conditioners in the world. All the air conditioners in the world and mine also provide a minimum temperature of 18 degrees centigrade. If you wanted to feel even colder you should have rented a refrigerating room .

Steps from the Vatican

Overall it is a great place! Unfortunately we went when there was a heat wave and the air conditioning did not cut it. We asked for a fan in the middle of the night and our hosts showed up at our door to deliver. In my opinion that’s quality service! They booked us a car for the airport and suggested Papa Rex an amazing restaurant in the area. Thank you for your hospitality!

Fabulous two bed apartment located close to the Vatican

This two bed apartment is spacious, clean, tidy and has all essentials for a home from home. There are two double beds and a single bed, all of which are very comfortable. Located within a few minutes walking distance of the Vatican and easy walking distance to get across the river to the heart of Rome. Emidio was really good, arranging taxis to collect and take us to the airport, meeting us on arrival at the apartment and happy to answer any questions / recommend restaurants etc. This was my second time staying at this apartment and it ticks all boxes. The apartment is on the 5th floor but there is a lift. Highly recommended and will stay again next time Rome beckons. Thanks Emidio!

Peaceful retreat in a hectic city

The apartment met all of our needs, and the owner couldn’t be more responsive. The negatives To note; the curtains could not block out the sunlight, so it was quite bright very early. Low on tp, no paper towels, or Kleenex, soap etc. A sign in the apartment noted things like salt, pepper, coffee, etc. cannot be provided by law. We required a trip to the market for basics. Otherwise, the apartment itself was great.

In the apartment there are also the blinds at the windows. If you use blinds you can block out the sunlight. Why did not you use the blinds? There are in the apartment: toilet paper, hand soap and dish soap. Yes, the Italian law forbids the owners of holiday rentals to give foods to the guests. I put the text of this law in the apartment, because I think it’s right that the guests know it.

Perfect apartment in perfect location

Our stay in this apartment was wonderful! First things first: We were picked up from the airport by a taxi sent by our host. The driver was kind and welcoming and the price for the taxi was beyond reasonable. Emedeo, our host, welcomed us into the apartment which was neat and clean and set up with almost everything that might be needed in a temporary home away from home. The apartment is strategically located: only a short walk from a well stocked supermarket, the train station, the pharmacy, and dozens of restaurants (one of our favorites, McQueens is right around the corner from the apartment! ). We shopped and cooked for some of our meals and treats and the train station made it super easy for us to get around to all the main sites in Rome and beyond. The apartment is on the 5th floor but there is a lift if you dread taking the stairs or if you are unable. There are a few little things that would increase the comfort level in this apartment: a full length mirror in the first bedroom would help with dressing ( the other bedroom has one) ; a flat spatula for flipping eggs or burgers and a cookie sheet for baking would help in the kitchen. All in all, this is indeed a beautiful, safe, clean gem of an apartment that is ideally located to provide access to all of Rome and beyond! Emedeo is a great host. A tip to save money: Be sure to let him set up your taxi from and to the airport!
