A Sarasota “. Quartiere tranquillo e sicuro, dove puoi divertirti e non perderti le cose che hai a casa. Abbiamo fatto molti viaggi in tutto il mondo, quindi l'abbiamo impostato proprio come ci aspettiamo che sia per noi, dai nuovissimi asciugamani della collezione Hotel, agli accappatoi, alle lenzuola Martha Stewart, agli asciugamani da spiaggia, al grill, al pozzo del fuoco e tutto ciò che potrebbe pensare che tu ne abbia bisogno.

Great little place located in the heart of Sarasota

We had a great stay, only a couple of nights but everything was just as pictured and described.

Excellent location, cottage and owners

This was perfection for a 2 month stay. The location provided for daily walks (1.5 miles one way) to the harbor or historic downtown Sarasota. The owners keep the cottage clean & up to date. They ensure the landscaping is maintained weekly. The owners were responsive & kind with any inquiries or concerns we had. The owners were excellent to work with.

Fantastic Customizable House

This house is perfect for multi-generational family groups traveling for fun or illness. We booked part of this house for my parents who needed to be close to Sarasota Memorial where my brother was hospitalized. Then we added another section of the house for me and my husband when we came down to help with my brother’s care. Angela is so easy to work with we absolutely enjoyed our stay even though this was not a vacation trip. We will absolutely rent this house again when we come back to Sarasota for some beach fun!!

Long term winter

Our 3 month stay was very nice. Owners were great...very interactive and were prompt responding to any needs or problems...I would recommend dealing with them. The house was very clean and nicely decorated and had every kitchen requirement you could imagine. Only problem was poor TV...Streaming NOT old (our) people thing...need to force issue with cable company to provide cable.

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage. Very clean and host is wonderful! We ran out of propane for the gas grill and within 5 min someone was there to change out the tank! The only challenge with this property we have 3 children and there isn’t really a large space that they can run off energy. Wonderful clean property!

Great Place

Stay here! It’s close to everything, but just out of the way enough to not feel claustrophobic. Plus, you have the Legacy trail about two blocks way, great for running or biking on. They had everything that we needed and more. We used the beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards a couple of times. The gas grill was great. Everything was very clean.

First VRBO experience

This was our first time staying at a VRBO property, and in a house. The owners were amazing, compassionate and very understanding to our special needs and conditions. They were very available anytime we needed a question answered. They even allowed us a courtesy late checkout due to my health issues. So blessed that God led us to this property. Very impressed with our first experience. And we would stay here again in an instant. Also we would recommend to all.

We are available by text or phone, easy to reach. It is our goal for you to enjoy our cottage, without having to worry about anything. We have set up out cottage just the way we would like it when we are away from home. We strive the best to think of anything that you may need.

Through the prayer of our parents and others, we were blessed to have our son and daughter in-law(both Realtors), to help us to get into this peaceful stress- free Home. Our God's given vision is to have our guests to experience the peace, tranquility and relaxation needed by disconnecting from every day activities, storms, Trials that we may face in life. It's our Goal that after taking a physical and mental break away from everything you will experience Peace, contact with nature, encounter, a new Vision, answers, direction that perhaps you have been looking for years. This is a safe place surrounded by God's beautiful creation( the beautiful trees and the singing of the birds, every morning is a Plus!) .

The location of the Cottage, is near downtown, but away from the rush, and noise from the world. The beautiful landscape and white fence, the private driveway, and the security system lend itself to a feeling of peace.
It is nice just to go for a walk around the neighborhood, bike ride, or just drive less than five minutes to Marina Jacks, St. Armands Circle, Robarts Arena and many other well known places. Located within 15 minutes to Siesta Key beach rated number one is the USA. P.S. A portion of our profits are allocated to our Mission located at the Dominican Republic where my wife is from. (bilingual-Spanish, English).
