Villa del Mar es una hermosa casa de la década de 1920 a pocos minutos del mar con un jardín maduro y vistas al mar. Hay una piscina salina, futbolín y mesa de ping pong. La casa tiene capacidad para 12 personas con 7 dormitorios y 5 baños. Hay una barbacoa con zona de estar cubierta para acomodar a 12 personas cómodamente. Hay un área de comedor a la sombra con mesa grande y asientos para 12. Hay varios bancos de jardín en el jardín, así como tumbonas junto a la piscina. La cocina está bien equipada e inspiradora para cocinar con taburetes en el mostrador de la isla para que los amigos puedan ayudar o conversar. La mayoría de las habitaciones tienen terrazas. La villa cuenta con un servicio de limpieza 2 veces por semana. No hay necesidad de un auto aquí.

Stunning Property in Fantastic Location

Beautiful villa inside and out. Sparkling clean, large rooms, lovely pool, great location a short walk to town. Very well appointed kitchen, spacious great room perfect for family and friends to gather in -- this is the most spectacular villa we have stayed in over the last 12 years. Highly recommended!

Simply stunning villa!

I have never stayed in such a beautiful, homely and well-equipped villa! The situation could not have been better - in a nice quiet road but so close to the sea and easy walking distance to town. Diane, the property manager, was always on hand to help and responded very quickly to any issues. Lovely friendly cleaner Maria came in twice a week to keep the place spotless and change sheets and towels. Fab decor and stunning garden. We had a lovely stay there and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Del Mar. A beautiful home that accommodated our group of three families. Perfect location - just a block to the beach and a short walk along the promenade to downtown.

Stunning villa and gardens.

This is a beautiful villa and the best equipped villa we have ever stayed in. It is tastefully furnished with shelves full of interesting books to read and very comfortable sofas & beds. We were two families (6 adults) and spent a lot of time lounging round the pool and over leisurely meals in the garden. The beach & nearest beach bar are less than a 5 minute walk away and we enjoyed strolling along the promenade into Sitges each day. We didn't use the car except to do a supermarket shop. The people who look after the villa were very welcoming & helpful. We hope to return.

Great space for groups

7 friends and I just spent a week at this home. It's a great space for groups with many different outdoor and indoor spaces to eat or hang out, all together or in smaller groups. There are also several balconies overlooking the sea or the pool. The pool was clean and refreshing. The house is surrounded by a wall and a mature garden, so it feels like a very private world. The kitchen was extremely well outfitted with high end cookware, utensils and appliances which made cooking in a breeze. The location was perfect. One block from the beach (where you can rent chair and grab a drink or snack at the beach bar) and an easy walk or trolley/taxi ride to town and the train station. For those of you with kids, it's a very calm and kid friendly beach. Barcelona is 30 minutes away by train and they run every 20 minutes or so. I rented a bike which made trips to town and the train station really easy. There is a bus to and from the airport that is just a few blocks from the house. The house had lots of other amenities. Ping pong, foosball, tennis rackets, golf clubs, parlor games.. anything you could want. The varied artwork was a nice touch. Someone came in to clean 3 times while we were there. The downstairs is not air conditioned, but 4 of the upstairs bedrooms are. The temperature wasn't an issue even though we were there during a hot spell because the house is very well ventilated. The only major issue we had was mosquitos. Either sitting outside, or inside with the doors and windows open, we were easy targets. While sprays and coils helped, we couldn't seem to catch a break. While I know there may be environmental concerns, my one suggestion would be professional spraying to eliminate the problem. Overall it was a great spot, and I'd return if I planned to be in the area with a group.The owner and manager were incredibly responsive and easy to work with in advance and onsite.

Gorgeous place

We absolutely loved this place and would definitely re-book. It's beautifully decorated with interesting art work and furniture from around the globe. The garden is lovely and well maintained. Kitchen is well equiped and very clean. Bedrooms and lounge areas are spacious. IT's a couple of mins walk to the beach - the sea is clean and warm and it's a safe, family environment.

Stunning spacious seaside town house

We stayed at Villa del Mar for a week's holiday with our 4 kids aged 17-20. It's a prefect place for a Mediterranean holiday, sea and nightlife nearby but not so close you can't escape from it. Its beautifully decorated with a stunning garden and pool, great bedrooms, fabulously well appointed kitchen, lots of space to hang out. Sitges is a good looking town with decent shops and restaurants and some pretty active nightlife. Barcelona is an easy drive or train ride away. We hired a car mid week and wished we'd had one from the start as it made food shopping and getting around the area much easier. We drove to Barcelona twice to visit the Fondation Miro, the Picasso museum and take in some nightlife. Parking was easy.We were in Sitges for Fiesta Major, the best fireworks any of us had ever seen. Altogether a brilliant week.

Absolutely wonderful

We had an incredible time in your Villa. It is perfect for a truly dazzling holiday. The proximity to the sea made it the best beach holiday we have ever had. SO easy to go to the beach for a swim and drink and then come back and relax by your lovely pool. The house is decorated in a artistic and cool way and we enjoyed the space and abilty to have quiet times on the various balconies and rooms. Biking into Sitges was a thrice daily event for shopping and browsing as so easy to get to along Paseo. We played tennis really nearby and rented our bikes just near the house. We enjoyed a lot of the local restaurants by the sea and had delicious fish most days. Thank you so much. It is a perfect house in a perfect place.

My favourite holiday home ever, wish it was mine!

Having stayed in several different houses in Sitges in the past I can honestly say this is the best of the best. The location is ideal; minutes from the beach, far enough from the hustle and bustle of the village but close enough to walk it or even better cycling in with the bicycles provided. The house itself is absolutely stunning, truly the most beautiful house I've ever stayed in, I wish it was mine. Highlights are the very well equipped modern kitchen (no need to buy salt, pepper and herbs etc) and the barbecue area, a great outdoor chill out space to make the most of. When the beach felt too hot or more crowded than we liked the pool came into it's own. I look forward to many many more stays. Part of me thought I might not write this review as I fear it will get booked out and we won't get a slot!

The most perfect stay in a wonderful setting

I loved every bit of it. The beds were perfect and so comfortable. The house is so beautiful. Just walking into the hall you knew it would be good, so clean and fresh and full of light and then the kitchen is such fun to be in. There is so much room and I love the large telly and huge sofas in the corner which allowed us all time to be together chatting, cooking and watching and reading together which we can never do in our own house! The barbecue area too was beautifully thought out with indian woodwork and we loved our times relaxing out there in your pretty garden . You have done a magnificent job here. I can't wait to come back again and I am sending some friends who I know you will love and who will love what you have done there. Diana says it was the loveliest house she has been in and it is so close to the sea. Just to run out of the door in the morning and dive into the waters was fantastic. And Sitges itself .... no wonder the poets wrote prolifically about it. We will be back soon! Thank you Christian so much.

Perfect holiday

We drove from Seville to Barcelona staying in Sitges for the last leg of our holiday - it was without doubt the highlight of our trip. Sitges is the perfect holiday destination for all ages, beautiful old part of town for a bit of sightseeing, great shops and stalls for browsing and a fantastic night life. The great thing about Villa del Mar is that it is so near the centre of everything but in a really quiet street just off the beach. We have been back three times and will definitely go again as we havn't found anywhere that comes close. The house itself is really pretty family home with all the amenities one needs. It was great to have a swimming pool (being so near the sea we weren't sure it was needed but it turned out to be essential!) and the use of the bicycles was a real bonus. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

I am English and was living in Sitges with my family for 11 fantastic years. We have now returned to London for work but still spend as much time as possible in Sitges for holidays.

My husband and I brought this house after 5 years of looking for the perfect house in the right area of town to bring up our 3 young children. We then spent a long time completely renovating and changing the house layout to suit family life with large living room/kitchen spilling out onto outside dining areas and BBQ. The lush garden full of beautiful plants is a peaceful haven and the pool is recently renovated with sparkling iridescent mosaic tiles and then there is the sea at the end of the street!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This house is very special as it is so close to the village of Sitges and yet in a quiet exclusive neighbourhood next to the sea and best beaches. The promenade is fantastic for walking into town and heaven for children with roller blades, skateboards and bikes. There is no need to use a car here. The house itself is a beautiful traditional Spanish house with a homely atmosphere and a lush garden with a swimming pool, table football etc to keep you amused.
