Newly remodeled with brand new appliances. Our spacious townhouse is located in the heart of Tucson near University of Arizona. The fully furnished venues are perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The neighborhood is a safe family friendly, low traffic area.
We have other identical listings, so please check out the others if this one is booked.
Everything in this unit is new, it is freshly painted (with no-VOC paint). There is new carpeting, and you have full access to the kitchen for food storage and preparation. This townhouse is furnished with a small dining table sets in the dining area and couch, coffee table and puff in the living room. You also have full access to the pool and jacuzzi outside the building.
