On the main floor is a spacious living and dining room with magnificent views on the ocean. There is a pleasant kitchen also with a view on the swimming pool. A large terrace with view on the garden, the ocean and a lot of palm trees around the house. Downstairs is a private garage for 3 cars. From the garage an elevator is available up to the ground and first floor. The villa is truly something different with mountains views. Located in a very quiet area about 7 minutes by car to the Costa Adeje, walking distance to the Siam Park, very close to Las Américas and Los Cristianos and near a golf course. The villa is a no smoking site (smoke free property). Pets are not allowed.
The renting to groups composed by only ladies or by only gentlemen is not possible. The Villa can only be booked by families.

-Cancellation policy-

The holidaymakers will not get a refund if they cancel their booking at any time once they pay and the booking is accepted by Villa Julia.

In case of lock down due to the Coronavirus and no travel is possible, a voucher will be given for another period of time within the two years following the initial planned stay.

Guests can also take a cancellation insurance coverage on their own.
