Perfecto para escapadas cortas o largas en el sol en Playa de las Américas, Tenerife.

La villa está disponible para que durante todo el año en una fantástica ubicación - a pocos pasos de todos los servicios, playas y restaurantes.

La villa es un gran dormitorio al sur (200 m) 4 casa frente con un jardín amurallado aislado y terrazas este y oeste hacia el sur. Tiene cuatro dormitorios, tres con baño con ducha y WC, y una con baño privado con ducha, aseo y baño.

Arriba hay dos dormitorios dobles, el principal tiene una cama doble, y el otro, dos camas individuales. El cuarto del frente tiene vistas a la piscina, aunque no pasarla por alto. El dormitorio principal tiene una, mar frente terraza al sur oeste, que a través de la mayor parte del año captura la puesta del sol. Las puertas se abren completamente para crear un interior / habitación exterior. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado.

Recientemente renovado

La villa ha sido recientemente renovado a un alto nivel. Tiene capacidad para nueve. Las habitaciones de la planta baja tiene dos camas individuales en una, tres en la otra, uno tiene puertas que dan al jardín.

Aislado, patio amurallado

Hay un gran salón con puertas que dan a la frente jardín privado que cuenta con tumbonas, sillas de jardín, mesas y una mesa de comedor para diez personas bajo un toldo eléctrico sur.

Cocina, Wifi, TV vía satélite y cocina completa.

Hay wi-fi con un refuerzo en la planta superior, el servicio es muy bueno. También cuenta con TV vía satélite, reproductor de DVD y soporte para iPod y un tubo de la música del bluetooth, mesas que asiento de seis cada uno y dos sofás, dos cajas fuertes de seguridad de dos comedores.

Cocina con vitrocerámica, horno, microondas, lavavajillas y frigorífico y lavadora. Plancha y tabla de planchar. Hay una cuna y el coche de alquiler.
La mayoría de los enchufes son eléctricos / USB para que pueda conectar sus teléfonos y tabletas directamente a ellos, no hay enchufes USB necesarios.

Very clear instructions sent from the owner for directions and access. The villa is superb. Fitted out beautifully although we never used most of the facilities as it was only a short break. Outdoor areas are fabulous. Couldnt fault a single thing.

Enloyable stay in an excellent centrally located villa.

Seven of us had a great stay is this conveniently located & well equipped villa. Situated in a quiet corner of the complex but still less than 20 seconds from the pool. Owner Phillip cud not have been more helpful, wud def rent again if we return to this part of Tenerife.

Great location

Although we had a few issues during our stay, I have to say the host Philip was prompt to respond, helpful and very thoughtful. The accommodation is as advertised and great for families, and location good for all we needed.

Highly recommended

Really enjoyed our stay, brilliant location and very comfortable well equipped house. The complex is maintained really well, good supermarket and pool side bar is good for food. Just be aware: the pool is very strict with its rules so our teenagers preferred the beach.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The location is near the beach with water view from the balcony and there is a private backyard. The kitchen is stocked, even a wine fridge! The owner was very responsive and check-in was easy.

Fantastic accommodation

We have rented several different properties in Playa de las Americas over the years but this Villa is by far the best. The facilities were excellent and the aircon was vey much appreciated with temperature being 37C when we arrived. Communication wit Philip was fast and easy and really helped us to enjoy our stay.

Perfect stay for Family

We are regular visitors to PDLA with the last 20 years and have to say that this villa is great. Perfect location, great facilities and great communication. Lovely items left in the fridge for us on arrival. The beds are so comfortable and the electrics and lighting are brilliant. Had a fabulous time. Can't wait to return again sometime gives

Fantastic Accommodation and Location

The Villa was amazing and in a great location in a very secure and quiet complex. The highlight for us was the outside space / garden where we able to meet as a family and spend time hanging out or having food day or night. Check in was easy and the place was spotless when we arrived. The villa has access to a nice pool area which wasn’t too busy any time we went. It was great to have lovely views of the sea from the main bedroom balcony too.

March in tenerife

Superb property way exceeded expectations. The villa while being near all the bars and restaurants was actually in a very quiet corner of the complex. The villa itself was kitted out to a high standard and the layout was perfect for 2 families if needed. Best beaches are 5 minutes away and you get a great view of the sunset from the balcony.

Loved it!

The villa was perfect, vary spacious and modern. Has everything you need and the location is superb. We are a family of 7 and all loved it! We’ve stayed in PS 3 & 4 many times but this villa within PS2 has been the best. Great communication with the host and the flexible check-out option is a bonus. We’ll definitely be back! Impressive house in a fantastic location for our family of 7.

Very well appointed house which catered perfectly for our needs for the week. The rooms were spacious and the ensuites were modern and clean. Beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Outdoor area was well furnished with an eating area and cushioned sun loungers. Key for side gate just needs a wiggle to open other than that, we had no complaints about this fabulous property.

Home from home in the sun

This apartment was everything we hoped for & more ,excellent complex & location. The owner really has thought of everything you need for a fantastic holiday,beautifully decorated and furnished & equipped to a very high standard. Communication with the owner was excellent,we had one small problem when we got there which was sorted out straightaway. We would definitely recommend this property ,it was the nicest holiday home we’ve ever stayed in and hope to return again .

Amazing 5* stay

Had the pleasure of renting this immaculate villa for my husbands 60th birthday with the family. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Location of the villa was pretty much beach front and Parque Santiago 11 is a lovely complex. You did have to pay to hire the sunbeds at the pool but to be honest I felt this was a small price to pay for the upkeep of the area. Pool bar recently done up and good food and service provided

60th Birthday Celebration

Stayed with my wife and four other friends Feb 11th to 18th. The villa is a lovely property with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The property is in a lovely central location close to The Patch and less than five minute walk down to the sea with the nearest sandy beach around a ten minute walk. We arrived at the property around 11:00 am and we’re able to drop off our cases and get changed, with the property fully available around 12:00. All in all a brilliant holiday with many thanks to Philip, the owner, for letting us holiday in his beautiful villa.

Amazing holiday

The apartment was absolutely spot on, newly renovated, tidy and had everything you could possibly need. Fully instructions on how everything works is supplied by the owner, along with postcards around the property to give you reminders which I thought was a nice touch. A/C in all bedrooms was great, and en-suites were at a great standard. Communication with the owner was easy via Whatapps or email. But had no issues and never needed to. We will be definitely look to return, the location is perfect with sea views from the main bedroom to wake up to every day. Great appartmemt and would highly recommend your next holiday here.

Warm Winter Break

We have just got back from a relaxing stay at this wonderful property. The villa is located in a perfect location, near the centre of Playa de las Americas a few metres from the beach. The accommodation is set back slightly from the main walkway making the garden area peaceful and private. From the balcony in the mornings we could watch the surfers riding waves, while in the evening we could see the sunset over the ocean. The property is very well equipped and furnished and all rooms were comfortable. Throughout our stay the owner kept in touch and responded very quickly to any requests for assistance. After one week we were very sad to leave but our looking forward to returning next year.

Fantastic villa close to everything needed

We stayed in this villa for 1 week, 2 families with children 8 -15 years. Villa was perfect and had everything needed, children loved the pool area and poolside bar was very reasonable (even happy hour!) Within minutes you could be on the beach or in the heart of the town where all the bars and restaurants were situated. Very good supermarket next to front entrance which even had a bakery in it. Owner Phillip was very quick at responding to any queries we had, getting into property was extremely easy and villa was ready for us when we arrived. This was our first time in Tenerife and we would definitely return and return to this villa. Thank you

Our week in Paradise

This Villa did not disappoint, excellent communication with the owner from the outset leaving no stone unturned. The Villa was absolutely beautiful, every single room so tastefully decorated and the attention to detail was second to none. Every conceivable item in the well stocked, picture book kitchen, absolute home from home. The outside patio was wonderful with large table, ample seating space and the most tasteful pots and plants to complete the perfect chill out area but got to say this was beaten by the balcony from the master suite that was absolutely breathtaking, so idyllic and near to perfection as you could get. A massive 5* + from each and every one of us …. just can’t wait to return

Ideal location and apartment

Situated in Santiago II. A couple of minutes walk to the sea with shops and a McD, (and surfers paradise apparently). A couple of minutes the other way to bars, cafes, and a decent supermarket. The apartment was ideal for 8 of us, each en-suite. Roomy with a nice outdoor patio area. Main bedroom has decent view of the sea and sunset. Well appointed kitchen. Large nice shared pool in middle of complex (opens 10am people were queing), with a nice cafe (used) & snack bar (not used). Sunbeds cost E3.50/5.00 pd which you have to use. Philip was quick to provide and answer questions. Ideal staycation

We are from Surrey in England. We enjoy the area here, the sea front next to the house, unspoilt and rustic, golf and Padel tennis, mountain walking and mountain restaurants. Lazy days at The Oceanico Atlantico, Bahia Pal Mar and Las Rocas Beach Clubs.
Fish restaurants in Los Abrigos, El Medano, La Caleta and up in the North too, Buenavista is stunningly beautiful.
And most of all, the all year round temperature which I believe is the best on the planet.

Because of it's fantastic and very convenient location right on the sea, close to the airport but no plane noise. Everything in walking distance.
