Well maintained, quiet, tastefully decorated condo! We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The hosts responded immediately to any questions we had. We very much appreciated them letting us come last minute. The parking pass for the beach came in very handy as well as the elevator for when we didn't want to do the stairs up to the third floor. Nice having no one above us. Lovely sitting out on the porch. Comfy beds. Will definitely stay again.

Great family vacation!

This was a perfect place for my family(husband and me and our two sons, 12 & 15). Very spacious and clean and the owners were super responsive. Loved that the beach was just a 5 minute drive away. We also took day trips to Myrtle Beach and Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach. Really great week- would definitely stay here again if we ever return to the area.

Beautiful sanctuary

The location of this property is perfect. No noise from pets or traffic; just silence. My teenage daughter and I had a lovely time and may be making it an annual trip!

Beautiful Spacious Condo

This property is very spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need to have a relaxing stress-free vacation. We have stayed at Sea Trail before, and this condo is one of the nicest we have stayed in. I would definitely rent again.

Great property and location

An outstanding location in Sunset Beach, close to the beach and the amenities. The property has everything visitors need and more. Hosts were responsive to our questions. People in the community are awesome as well, as my husband dropped his wallet in the parking lot, and a resident found it and went through a huge effort to find us and return it.

Lovely, comfortable, and convenient

Just returned from our stay here and this is a condo not to miss. If you are going to Sunset Beach or the surrounding area, be sure to stay here. It is so convenient to the bridge to the beach and using the north entrance, convenient to Calabash. The beds are most comfortable and the entire interior is clean and fresh. The owners are great to work with too!

The cleanliness of the property was not satisfactory to me. We had a one year old crawler and after he had crawled on the floor (carpet) his hands, knees and tops of his feet were black. There always also black mold in many places of a dish drainer in the sink. I would not use it until I cleaned it with Clorox clean up. The same thing in every drain of every sink in the unit. Everything else was very satisfactory. Just 5 minutes to beach and less than that to local grocery. Kitchen very well stocked with anything you need to cook a meal.

Wonderful condo close to the beach

We had a great visit to Sunset Beach staying at this condo. The pictures don't do it justice, everything was spotless and welcoming. The second suite is huge with two beds, it's own bathroom and kitchenette and a separate exterior door. Porch was screened in which is great for bugs, and it's a short 5 minute drive to the beach. Even on the sunniest weekend day, the beach was busy but not packed which was great. Parking is limited at the beach, but you can also use the $10/day lot and come and go for the day which was a good option. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping and activities close by. We did a day trip to Myrtle Beach and it was only about a 50 minute drive. The only thing that was a little disappointing for the kids was the pool. It's definitely small and the deep end is only 6 feet deep. Great for a quick dip, but getting access to the bigger pool would be good if you're going to spend a lot of time swimming. Hosts were super responsive, and the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and any dishes you need to cook meals there. Plenty of sheets, blankets and towels also. Overall, an amazing experience and we'll definitely be back!

We loved this condo! It's very clean and well kept. The location is great for going to sunset beach or several local golf courses. Access to the pools and beach parking are very welcome amenities. We will definitely try to book here first for our next trip to the area which is one of our favorite destinations.

Beautiful villa on golf course

The villa and mini suite were beautifully decorated and clean. Location was central to OIB, Sunset and Calabash. Owners were quick to answer any questions. Overall fanastic experience!!

Great January Trip!

This was our 2nd year in heading to Sunset Beach in the winter and staying at this condo. Such a wonderful, cozy place to stay. It is perfect for 4 girlfriends looking to shop and dine as you cannot beat the location. The owners are very responsive if you need anything at all. The condo is super clean. We loved our stay and hope to be back next winter.

Great Vacation

We truly loved the condo. Roomy, clean, comfortable and very quiet. The golf course was closed so no traffic on the porch side. The pass for the pool was the highlight of our vacation. My grandson and his best friend, both 15, would have lived in the pool the whole week, and almost did. The beach held no interest. Evenings were spend playing games and cards. The washer/dryer at the foyer would so handy for dropping off swimwear each evening. We found using UTube for television awkward. No local channels for news and weather, so we just didn't watch TV, which was a good thing. We will rent this condo again, it was perfect.

My husband, three sons, and I all love a vacation filled with golf in the morning and lounging on the beach in the afternoon. Sea Trail has been a wonderful investment for us. We try to visit at least three or four times and year to enjoy this absolute slice of paradise.

We loved Sea Trail the minute we saw it. The close proximity to the beach and the friendliness of the residents and staff make you feel so welcome.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our condo is centrally located within Sea Trail Resort and yet, it boasts a very tranquil setting. We are on a quiet cul-de-sac with a beautiful view of the Carolina pines dancing around the green of the 16th hole of the Byrd course. Our third floor location is ideal with elevator access and no noise at all coming from surrounding units.
