It's a beautiful time to visit! Golf course, 3rd floor, elevator, pet friendly!

A very spacious third floor condo with an easy walk to the elevator located in the beautiful community of Sea Trail. The floor plan features an open adjoining kitchen, dining and living area with views of the golf course. Each bedroom has two queen beds with a private bathroom. The master bedroom is privately located off the main area of the condo. The second bedroom has a kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a full size refrigerator. This bedroom also has a bistro table and a sleeper sofa. There are three flat panel televisions and three DVD payers in the condo to enjoy. There is central air and heat, cable, wifi, and a washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Take some time to relax and enjoy the screened in balcony that overlooks one of three golf courses. This is the perfect way to unwind after a day at the beach or an afternoon of golf. The beach is 1.5 miles from our condo. The Champions complex has a pool available for our guests to use free of charge. The community of Sea Trail hosts The Village Activity Center (pool, jacuzzi, indoor pool, gym) available for guest use for an additional fee. Linens and towels are provided for you during your stay. Sunset Beach is dog friendly. Dogs are welcome on the beach before 9 am and after 6 pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day and all day during the rest of the year. We are a dog friendly condo. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. We are sure you will love our condo as much as we do. We would love to invite you to stay!
