Beautiful house with a charm

  • 5 of 5

We loved the house, it had nice areas, cozy fireplace and nice decor. The kitchen was fully stocked.

The rooms on the top a bit small, but still charming.

Bathrooms are comfy and the house was clean.

50th Birthday Celebration

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time at the cabin. It had everything you needed to feel at home and plenty of room for the 6 of us. The family really enjoyed the board games and building a snowman on the front lawn. Mike was great had a fire going for us when we arrived and shared some of his favorite local places with us. Great place for a family get together.

Great location for Lassen Volcanic Park

  • 5 of 5

Good location for visiting Lassen National Park. It is about 30 minutes to the main southwest entrance, 1 hour 20 minutes to Butte lake/cinder cone and about 20-25 minutes to Warner Valley trails. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were plentiful towels. There is no central heat but wall and space heaters made the house warm and cozy. Some of the board games could use updating (missing pieces/parts) but still usable and provided some great entertainment for our family. There is no tv which my kids hated but we liked being able to spend some time playing with the kids in the evenings away from screen time. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful and cozy guest house

  • 5 of 5

Very well appointed home close to Mt. Lassen and Lake Almanor. This place is comfortable, has everything you could possibly need and is really well kept up. It didn't feel like a rental at all. It's walking distance to the Main Street and about 25 minutes to Lassen National Park. We loved it.
