Our stay was amazing! The house and property was everything we expected! Communication with the property owners was excellent! The house was clean and very homey! It provided everything we needed! We highly recommend this house!

Quick trip to Cooperstown to see the Baseball Hall of Fame. The house was gorgeous and had every amenity you could possibly need or want! Plenty of room for our family of 6!! Views were exquisite. Hope to come back in the summer!! Thank you Rodney and Amy for sharing your beautiful and pristine home with us!!

A perfect “base” from which to visit all that Cooperstown has to offer, Jen and Luke’s charming cottage was enough off the beaten path to offer us quiet, privacy, and beautiful sunrises over the lake. We enjoyed cooking in the well-appointed kitchen and appreciated high quality towels, bedding, and linens. Our hosts were extremely helpful and flexible, and we appreciated the ease with which we were able to communicate with them. We’d love to visit again!

My daughter and I stayed here while my son and husband stayed at Dreams Park. We loved the tiny house! It was clean, well decorated, the property manager was very responsive and only a 15 minute to Dreams Park. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

This was our third trip to the farmhouse, and it's always amazing. The kids love the freedom that we have, and it's so nice to get away for a few days and escape our normal lives. There was a little snow this time, which was so beautiful. The landscape looked like a giant postcard! Not sure when our next trip will be, but we're already looking forward to it!
