Old farmhouse completely renovated in the countryside near the village. Private secure pool 13 m x 5 m (unheated). 400 mÂČ living space. Outdoor areas (around the pool and under the awning for outdoor meals). 12 beds distributed in 7 bedrooms, 4 with air conditioning (3 beds 160; 1 bed 140, 4 beds 90), 2 bathrooms. 5 shower rooms, 5 toilets. 2 living rooms, large fully equipped kitchen with dining area and dining room.

A wonderfull stay on a brilliant place

The house is a real home. Ideal to share with 2 families. Brilliant pool that even gets cleaned bij a very kind cleaner. Ideal location , the boulangerie,minimarket and charcuterie are just around the around the corner. And indeed so is the tgv, but that never bothered us for a second

Magnifiques vacances

Magnifique maison avec un grand jardin et une belle piscine. La piscine Ă©tait un peu fraĂźche mais nous nous sommes quand mĂȘme baignĂ© tous les jours. Il y a un trĂšs agrĂ©able couvert pour manger qui permet d’ĂȘtre Ă  l abri du vent, du soleil ou de la pluie. ValĂ©rie nous a trĂšs bien accueilli et la maison Ă©tait bien Ă©quipĂ©e et trĂšs propre.

We had a wonderful family reunion !

What a great property for a family reunion, with lots of space - 7 bedrooms and several areas to dine, inside and outside . The pool is spectacular and clean. We enjoyed cooking in the big, well-stocked kitchen.. La Drome is so rich in history and we enjoyed visiting many surrounding historical sites, including Grignan. Our proprietare did warn us of of a TGV during the day which ran close to the property , but we learned to ignore it.Wonderful spot for a big family to gather.

SEJOUR PARFAIT

Notre sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© au niveau de nos espĂ©rances, et bien plus encore. DĂšs notre arrivĂ©e, ValĂ©rie nous a accueilli de façon chaleureuse, avec de petites attentions, et nous a fait le tour de sa magnifique demeure. La demeure et les extĂ©rieurs sont tout simplement exceptionnels. La maison est trĂšs grande, et extrĂȘmement bien Ă©quipĂ©e, avec de multiples SDB et WC et parfaitement agencĂ©e. Chaque couple et chaque enfant avait une chambre digne de ce nom, spacieuse, dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t, et climatisĂ©es pour certaines. En ce qui concerne les extĂ©rieurs, une belle et grande piscine est au rendez-vous, avec le passage d’un pisciniste pour l’entretien. DiffĂ©rents endroits peuvent accueillir une belle tablĂ©e pour le petit-dĂ©jeuner ou le dĂźner. Et le fait d’ĂȘtre Ă  l’écart de tout voisinage nous a bien arrangĂ©, car nous sommes plutĂŽt bruyants :) Le grand jardin arborĂ© vous permet de vous isoler Ă  l'ombre et de vous reposer sur les nombreux transats. Pour rĂ©sumer, un sĂ©jour parfait oĂč mĂȘme lorsque nous avons eu un pĂ©pin avec la climatisation, ValĂ©rie a rĂ©pondu dans la foulĂ©e et a fait le nĂ©cessaire auprĂšs d’un rĂ©parateur. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© sa rĂ©activitĂ© et sa disponibilitĂ©. Bref, vous l'aurez bien compris, tout a Ă©tĂ© Ă  la hauteur, mĂȘme la rĂ©gion regorge de diffĂ©rents beaux endroits Ă  visiter et de belles manifestations Ă  voir. Merci encore Ă  ValĂ©rie et Ă  trĂšs bientĂŽt assurĂ©ment. Les Alsaciens.....:))
