Located 20 km from Nantes, near the owners' house and the Nantes-Brest Canal, comfortable wooden-framed cottage in a quiet, green setting. Charming enclosed shaded garden of 500 m², terrace with spa included (deposit €150).
Living room with open fitted kitchen, laundry room, 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 2 90x190 beds), shower room, separate toilet. Optional (see owner): 1 bedroom with outside access (90x200 bed with shower and toilet).
Equipment included: baby equipment, Wi-Fi/wired Internet, network video library, TV (satellite), DVD player, Hifi, closed bicycle storage and rental of 4 bicycles (see owners). Included: sheets, towels/household linen.
Not included: electric heating, tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for professional customers (€65).
