It is about 10 minutes from the Champs-Élysées and 5 minutes from the Palais des Congrès at Porte Maillot.
Very quiet apartment overlooking a courtyard. It is easily accessible by public transport.
It is located on the 5th floor and is accessible only by stairs.
The bedroom features a double bed. Various amenities are included, such as a washing machine (with dryer function), a Nespresso machine, and Wi-Fi.
