Perfect and Relaxing

We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely, welcoming, cozy 3 bedroom house. Super clean, it was fully stocked with everything we could need. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable, gracious deck and attractive pool. Beaches, shopping and restaurants were within a short ride or long walk along leafy streets. And our hosts were terrific-- welcoming, accommodating and helpful. A happy and successful stay!

amazing pool, great location

we had a great time at 30 tulip. it was perfect for me and my 2 kids. they used the pool everyday and we were just a short drive to the beach. PERFECT location. easy access from NYC! Host was a little over communicative at first with a lot of suggestions for how to use the home.

Hampton Bays Paradise!

The pool is even better than the pictures!! I should know—I spent the better part of two weeks in it :). Amresh was very communicative and responsive throughout my stay. He gave great tips on enjoying the local area. The hamlet is the perfect morning walk, and nearby Rumba was excellent. Also close to Nurel’s farm stand for local produce. The outdoor area is perfect for entertaining. The home is very cozy and comfortable, AC works great. Amazing stay—can’t wait to book it again.

Clean, Cozy, Comfortable!

We’re a family of 4 who has spent several summers renting in Hampton Bays, and we were excited to rent this house for August. It is cozy in size, but incredibly comfortable, from the living room to the beds to the A/C! The entire place is spotless and well cared for. The outdoor shower is absolutely amazing, with a spacious fenced-in backyard and a beautiful pool. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the best part is the house is only a 5-minute drive to what we think is one of the best beaches in The Hamptons - Ponquogue Beach. The owner is lovely and really only reached out to make sure we were all set or if we had any questions/issues - of which we did not. Couples or small families should not hesitate to rent this house!

A lovely place for the family. We miss it already.

We had such a lovely time in this property. The owners are lovely to deal with and the house was perfect for our family (kids are 5 and 3). The backyard is massive for the kids to run around in and the street was quiet enough for them to ride their bikes on. The nearby beaches are fantastic and the pool is great. The nearby Hamlet Cafe (5min drive or 20min walk) is one of my favourite cafes on all of Long Island too. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful mid-century fully renovated with brand new appliances. We have installed a new septic tank on March 11 and now building salt water heated 38 feet by 18 feet swimming pool in the backyard.
