Villa Skorponeria de lujo - junto al mar, cerca de Atenas!

La ubicación se llama Skorponeria. Está a 90 km de Atenas (aeropuerto El. Venizelos) ya solo 25 km de Chalkida, la capital de la isla Evvia. La propiedad de terreno privado es de 820 metros cuadrados y la residencia es de 130 metros cuadrados. Con una terraza de 60 m2. En el jardín hay una superficie de 32 m2. Piscina privada de agua dulce con una terraza alrededor para tomar el sol. La propiedad del resto está totalmente plantada y tiene forma de pasto, flores, arbustos y árboles. También hay un garaje para dos coches. La distancia desde la playa es de solo 250-300 m. La vista al mar alrededor de la casa es hermosa y sin obstáculos. A corta distancia hay playas (pequeñas y grandes), arroyos con rocas y en 15 km la playa de Drosia / Alykes con hamacas, chiringuitos, tabernas y cafeterías que ofrecen muchas otras instalaciones. La zona es ideal para practicar senderismo, natación, pesca, piragüismo y otros deportes acuáticos. El paisaje sereno y la zona muy tranquila hacen que la casa sea ideal para el descanso, la meditación, el alta y las vacaciones familiares sin preocupaciones. Se pueden organizar excursiones cercanas a Atenas, Delfos, Arachova y Parnassos, a St. Lucas, Chalkida, Eretria, Aidipsos, etc.

La villa es de 130 metros cuadrados. En un nivel con una terraza de 60 metros cuadrados. Está totalmente equipado y climatizado. 6 personas pueden dormir cómodamente en 3 habitaciones diferentes.

3 dormitorios están disponibles en la casa. En la primera hay una cama doble. En los otros dos dormitorios hay dos camas individuales en cada uno. Además, hay un baño (solo ducha), una cocina moderna totalmente equipada, una gran mesa de comedor y una enorme sala de estar para relajarse, ver televisión en vivo o escuchar música. La casa está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos, carpas, etc. Todas las zonas disponen de aire acondicionado. Wi-fi está disponible.

Amazing house and fantastic view

Thanks to Katarina and Serafeim for this amazing and their lovely house. The view is incredible and fantastic. The place is so perfect with absolutly no noice. Thanks to serafeim always available when you need some informations. The situation of the house is Perfect away from noisy touristic area. All is very confortable. Preciosas vistas

It is a beautiful villa located in a wonderful place, where it seems that large scale tourism has not yet arrived. It has a well equipped kitchen and a large living room with all that you need to be comfortable. From its huge terrace you have a spectacular view of the bay and in the swimming pool area you can enjoy reading or relaxing in the comfortable loungers in total privacy. Near the house there is a beautiful cove where you can take a bath in the very calm waters of this beaches, where we almost did not see a wave in every day that we was there. You can go there on foot and on the way it’s usual to find a specimen of the endemic Greece’s turtle Testudo marginata. There are also several restaurants just a few minutes away by car. The villa is highly recommended not only by itself but also by its location. In addition, it was a pleasure to meet Serafeim, its owner, and his lovely family. Thank you very much for your kindness.

Ruhe und Entspannung mit Meerblick

Wir haben 2 wunderbar erholsame Wochen in der Villa verbracht. Das Haus liegt ruhig und abgelegen, in einer touristisch wenig erschlossenen Gegend. Uns hat das super gefallen. Das Haus ist geräumig, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ca. 200 Meter vom Haus gibt es einen kleinen (steinigen) Strand, an dem man direkt ins Meer springen kann. Für Einkäufe muss man allerdings recht lange Wege in Kauf nehmen, ca. 25 Autominuten bis Chalkida oder Drosia. Tavernen/Restaurant sind mit dem Auto in 5-7 Minuten zu erreichen. Eine Taverne liegt fußläufig. Besonders hat uns die Cozy Beach Bar gefallen. Gutes Essen, sehr freundliches Personal. Man kann baden oder auch nur etwas essen/trinken. Die Kommunikation mit Serafaim war super, schnell und komplikationslos. Er hat uns viele nützliche Tipps gegeben. Sehr empfehlenswert: ein Ausflug nach Delphi. Zwar ca. 1:45 Autofahrt. Aber es lohnt sich! Unbedingt mit Google Maps fahren. Die Apple-App zeigt zwar einen kürzeren Weg an, der aber sehr abenteuerlich fast 10km über unbefestigte Straßen geht. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und können es all jenen empfehlen, die Ruhe suchen und abseits der Touristenpfade unterwegs sein wollen.

La piscine est le point fort de la maison : assez grande pour pouvoir nager, salée, propre et en l'occurrence à température idéale. La petite pelouse à côté avec le figuier ajoute encore un aspect agréable. Autre point forts : la vue, l'air conditionné dans toutes les pièces et la petite plage accessible en 7 minutes à pied (fréquentée par maximum 5 ou 6 personnes des alentours). Serafeim est disponible et très réactif. Evidemment, l'endroit est isolé, et il n'y a pas vraiment de villages aux alentours. A part les quatre ou cinq tavernes proches, il faut ensuite compter entre 20 et 30 minutes pour en trouver d'autres, notamment à Chalcis (Chalkeda), la "capitale" de l'île d'Eubée, accessible par pont. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Beautiful property with great views and pool

Lovely clean property with lots of little touches like dishwasher tablets, water, insect plug ins. Beautiful clean pool. Good air conditioning and great facilities. Very quiet location. Roads very bumpy and no restaurants within walking distance but a few within a short drive.

One Word : perfect

Beautiful high value villa with an amazing view and a so comfortable terrasse. The big swimming pool was really clean and always warm enough, perfect. The small beach nearby is really 300 m down the road. Serafeim was really helpfull, a so Nice person! Everything was perfect with even a fig tree and a lemon tree in the garden :)

Wer Abgeschiedenheit liebt, wird auch dieses Ferienhaus lieben

Es war großartig, das Haus ist super ausgestattet, wir konnten jeden Tag am eigenen Pool entspannen, das Haus bietet viel Platz und hat alles was man braucht - vom Gasgrill über Klimaanlage bis hin zu mehreren Plätzen zum Essen. Es fehlte nichts. Wer Sightseeing-Touren machen möchte, muss allerdings eine längere Fahrt in Kauf nehmen, bis Athen sind es 1,5, bis Delphi 2 Stunden. Aber sonst ist die Hanglage wundervoll mit einem tollen Blick auf die Bucht.

l'appartement est super fonctionnel, propre et la vue est merveilleuse... Avez de jeunes enfants c'est pratique d'avoir la piscine a l’étage en dessous... Super endroit pour se reposer et juste profiter de la piscine et la mer... A conseiller !

Vi var 4 drenge, som gerne ville afsted på en afslappende ferie og vi fandt så frem til dette fine hus! Huset er perfekt til en familie eller venner. Ejeren af huset er flink og sørger for man har det godt.

Für griechische Verhätnisse luxeriös eingerichtetes Ferienhaus etwas weit ab vom Schuß

Jahreszeitlich und witterungsbedingt nur suboptimal gelegenes Ferienhaus mit schönem Pool. Die Zufahrtsstraßen sind nicht asphaltiert und bei Starkregen nicht befahrbar. Freilaufende Hunde und Katzen - wie wohl in Griechenland generell etwas lästig. Ohne Auto ist kein schöner Strand erreichbar. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit in ca. 20 min. Autofahrt. Nahegelegene Taverne um diese Jahreszeit (Anfang Oktober) nicht geöffnet, daher auch für Restaurantbesuche ziemlich lange Anfahrtsstrecken. Das geräumige Haus mit gut funktionierender Heizung und Warmwasserversorgung verfügt wohl über WLAN, die Internetanbindung hat jedoch die meiste Zeit nicht funktioniert, trotz mehrfacher Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter. Die Küchenausstattung ist verbesserungsfähig, sämtliche Elektrogeräte zwar vorhanden, die übrige Ausstatttung jedoch auf ein Minimum reduziert. Gute TV- , DVD und Stereoanlagen. Nette Unterstützung des Vermieters Planung von Sightseeing. Jederzeit Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters. Willkommensgetränke und Nahrungsmittel für einen guten Start. Insgesamt freundliche Vermieter und vielleicht zu einer anderen Jahreszeit und besseren Witterungsbedingungen noch mehr Potential bietendes Ferienhaus für einen schönen Familienurlaub.

Lovely villa with amazing views

We had a great week at this villa, very quiet and relaxing with beautiful views of the sea. Serafeim was very friendly and helpful and we would highly recommend this villa for a quiet, peaceful holiday in an unspoilt location. The beds were comfortable, gas BBQ, plenty of shade including a shady spot for the car. There is a very nice beach bar 5 minutes drive away with good bar food and a pretty beach. Taverna at the top of the hill was very unfriendly, not recommended although it had great views!

Superb villa with incredible views.

We had a wonderful week at the Villa Kasehrina. The house was well equipped, spacious, tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace was very special, mainly thanks to the incredible views over the sea to Evvia. The private pool was a fantastic facility but we were also able to swim in the sea at small quiet beach close by. We would definitely recommend this villa and thank the owners for being so being so helpful and welcoming.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in einer absolut wunderschönen Landschaft mit wundervollen Menschen

Dieses Haus besticht durch seine wundervolle Lage, einem einzigartigen Blick aufs Meer sowie einem wundervollen Blick auf die Berge, einer sehr guten und geschmackvollen Ausstattung, einem tollen Pool und einem kurzem Weg zum fast eigenen Strand. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend im Bedarfsfall,,,,, hält aber die gewisse Distanz die man benötigt um sich völlig ungestört zu fühlen. Vor Antritt der Reise gab es ausführliche Informationen zur Anlage, zur Umgebung, zu den möglichen Aktivitäten sowie für die Besorgung der notwendigen Artikel fürs Leben,, alles perfekt beschrieben und sehr hilfreich. Die überschaubare Nachbarschaft war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und einladend. Alles im Allen ein perfekter Urlaub von dem wir noch lange gut haben werden. Danke an Serafeim, dass wir sein tolles Haus nutzen durften,,, wir werden wieder kommen !!!!

Lovely Villa, stunning scenery, quiet location

Just back from a great 2 weeks holiday in this Villa. Stunning scenery in a quiet location. Villa is well equipped and has everything you need for a great holiday, a good size kitchen and a great open plan living area with plenty of room for everyone. As well as one large fantastic verandah there are lots of other outside spaces both for sun and shade. Swimming pool was great and used every day especially after a day out exploring the lovely countryside and places of interest. Sarefeim the owner was very helpful and even offered to meet us en-route to show us supermarkets etc. Would definitely recommend this Villa to anyone wanting a quiet get away from it all holiday. The only downside for us was that the nearest Taverna and Beach bar within walking distance didn't open until the end of June, but that didn't stop us having some lovely meals out in the nearby villages.

Regarding our villa, we are extra concerned about the health of our visitors!!

So, we will give the most possible attention to the sanitation and cleaning of our villa. The people that clean the property take all the necessary measures and follow all protocols set by the Greek Ministry of Health. Apart from that, we have been supplied with a new cleaning machine - karcher SC 4 - that provides hot steam to 100 degrees Celsius and kills 99% of all viruses and microbes.

Scientists have announced that covid-19 virus is killed in 50 degrees Celsius. So, we are more than covered. All parts of the villa that need extra disinfection such as mattresses, chairs, sunbeds, door handles, switch lights, remote controls, all kitchen appliances, wardrobes, bathroom e.t.c. are very carefully disinfected with the Karcher SC 4 and cleaned accordingly.

It is important to highlight that our property is in a very private and safe area away from crowd. Therefore, you will enjoy a luxurious holiday using our private swimming pool or swimming in almost private beaches.

We can assure you that anything possible will be done for your health and safety.

In addition, absolutely amazing sea view! Relax and luxury just next to the private pool! No cars, no noise!
