OMG!!! I can not say enough great things about this villa. It was comfortable, the views are amazing, and the hosts are spectacular. They were very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Will pick this villa again when we return.

Great stay at casa Marisa

We were a group of 8 men and we enjoyed the stay very much. The house and everything around was very clean and well maintained. The location of the house was perfect, in the middle of the olive plantation it was very quiet and you didn't have to worry about being too loud. There were two restaurants in the small town which were within walking distance and where you could eat well. There was also a supermarket just 7 minutes away by car. All in all we have enjoyed our stay very much and would come here again.

Wonderful spot in the middle of an olive grove

Everything ran smoothly from beginning to end. The hosts Marisa and Massimiliano were great.The house itself was really well equipped, literally everything you needed. The outside space is fabulous with huge pool and lots of seating/sunbeds. The pool is not enclosed so may not work for people with particularly young children . It is a very quiet spot , a couple of nights there seemed to be a a youth group going on at a nearby sports club , which didn’t bother us at all but worth mentioning as the rest of the time it’s very quiet . There is a local butcher and fruit and veg market on a Saturday , all locally produced and grown. It is in easy reach of Firenze(1hr drive ) Lucca(15mins) Pisa(25mins) and Torre del Lago(40mins) lake and beach.I would selfishly rather keep it a secret.

Amazing villa!

We had an absolutely amazing stay in this wonderful villa with a picturesque setting and everything you should need for a relaxing stay in the Tuscan countryside. The owners met us upon arrival (and they were very kind to accommodate our delay) and went through the house with us. We were a bit skeptical about the salt water pool beforehand, but it turned out to be so much nicer than a regular pool. One of the owners came and picked up trash early every morning (we didn’t even notice her), and everything was spotless. We traveled a family consisting of two couples with one kid each (a baby and an 8-year old) together with our parents, and the house was perfectly suited for us. Easy drive to Lucca, a must-see in Tuscany, and also conveniently located in terms of airports (Pisa or Florence). I would say that a car is a must in order to get around. Would love to come back again - highly recommend this place!

Die Vermieter Familie ist toll. Die Villa ist ein Traum Poll 12+6m riesig, alles im perfekten Zustand und sehr sauber. Eine tolle Location :)

Fantastisk ferie

Etter at bagasjen vår ble værende i Frankfurt, kom vi frem til huset sent på kvelden. Vi ble møtt av eieren og hele familien hans. Vi ble guidet rundt i huset av eieren mens han fortalte oss masse på italiensk/engelsk. Språket ble en liten barriere, men vi fikk med oss det viktigste. Vi ble opplyst om telefonnummer til eierne, og de sa vi bare skulle ringe eller sende SMS hvis det var noe vi lurte på. Huset var mye større enn hva bildene i annonsen viste. Hagen og området var mye bedre enn forventet. Hele hagen var ryddet og gresset klippet. Huset var strøkent innvendig. To store soverom i andre etasje med AC og et mindre med vifte. I kjelleren var det et kjempestort soverom med vifte. Toalettet i første og de to badene i andre etasje var veldig bra. Vi hadde en del kontakt med eierene via SMS, og de var svært behjelpelige. De hjalp til med innkjøp før ankomst og da ett av barna ble stukket av en veps, kom de med salve. Uteområdet med hage og basseng var en fryd å være i. Forvalteren ordnet med transport til utflukter og var svært behjelpelig med alle henvendelser vi hadde. Han snakket godt engelsk så kommunikasjonen var utmerket. Like ved huset var det ett bakeri, to slaktere en grønnsakshandler og en butikk med diverse utstyr ( solkrem, vaskemidler, toalettsaker etc) I tillegg var grønnsaks/fruktmarked rett utenfor huset hver lørdag. Vi vil takker vertene og forvalteren for en helt fantastisk ferie. Dette huset anbefaler vi på det varmeste. Jan G.

Great time at beautifully renovated villa with pool

We had a great time at the beautiful villa. The garden was maintained well, it was perfect for our family and wel equipped with towels, the kitchen etc. We spend much time at the villa and the pool, but could also do some nice day trips to the beach, Pisa and Lucca. It was a 5 minute walk to the bakery in the morning. The owners were very friendly.

Great Vacation

We had a great vacation in this amazing house. The pool is HUGE and we spent so many hours there. The house is well equipped with everything needed. The area is quite rural but there are good restaurants a short drive away. Can definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany.

Wunderschön

Es war eine traumhafte Zeit in einem wirklich Traumhaften Haus. Es hat alles gepasst. Wir hatten jedes Zimmer belegt, auch das im Keller (klimatechnisch war da nichts zu beanstanden). Der Service der Vermieter war toll, jeden zweiten Tag wurde der Müll entsorgt und der Garten auf Vordermann gebracht (noch ehe wir aufgestanden sind). Der große Pool war gerade für die Kids super und man konnte auch richtig Bahnen schwimmen. Top Unterkunft

Exceptional outdoor space, helpful owners but only 6-7 stay comfortably

Very helpful and easily reachable owners. Pool and bbq area are excellent with great open views of mountain and valley. Town around is small but charming and people are welcoming and you can find most basic needs. Kitchen is well-equipped. Impeccably clean. The only issue, in my opinion, is that one of the bedrooms is in a semi-basement that may have been a garage, and while the owners did their place to make it a welcoming space, there's a feeling of humidity and claustrophobia, particularly as there are no clear windows here. We decided not to use it and shifted our children into our rooms. Overall highly recommended.

Très bel endroit pour se reposer et profiter du climat, la maison , les infrastructures c'est du top

SUPER!

Very beautiful house, garden and pool, and a magnificant view on top. I would recomment it to everybody! Ideal location for visiting Pisa, Lucca, Montecatini and Firenze. We had a spendid vacation.
