Fantastic house for 3 families

We were 3 families sharing the house. Well equipped kitchen and an amazing terrace with seats for all of us. Nice pool area and a 10 min walk to the sea. We can absolutely book this house again! One can think of two dishwashers and a larger indoor table instead of sofas as improvements.

Relaxing stay with beautiful views

The villa is well equipped for multiple groups and ages. The views and outdoor areas are wonderful. Only a 1 1/2 km easy walk to a lovely beach. The only negative is that the bathrooms need upgrading and one shower was out of action. Otherwise this would have been a five star review.

Fantastic Stay

We had a wonderful holiday at the property. Beautiful villa in an amazing location. The only problems we had were with the appliances: dishwasher and washing machine not working properly. This didn’t detract from the holiday at all though.

Brilliant stay

We had a wonderful stay. The views from the villa is fantastic, a perfect setting. Slight issue with the plumbing but was fixed promptly and didnt really impact too much on our stay. Very thorough check out process where everything needed to be back in its place! We had moved some breakables as we had 8 children staying. Overall a super time was had by all. Great villa, great location.

Beautiful vacation!

We enjoyed this villa very much! The cleaning could have been a bit better, as the fridge downstairs was dirty when we arrived. The dishwasher was ok as soon as we refilled it with salt. Everything else was great. Nice clean and warmed pool, great outdoor area and comfortable beds. Nice area with a short walk to restaurants and the beach. We had a great week here with our family of 12 people. The owners and the host were very friendly and helpful! Overall a great vacation!

prijs/kwaliteit niet in verhouding

Buiten: Mooi centraal terras voor de hele groep, vele andere plekjes. Een baai op 5 min. lopen, strandje op 15 min lopen. Parallel aan drukke kustweg veilig hardlopen, wandelen of fietsen (en broodjes halen) Binnen: De Vrbo-site zegt dat er 9 slaapkamers zijn, de verhuurder zegt 7. Wij tellen 3 volwaardige slaapkamers (eigen kamer met privacy). Daarnaast 1 speelkamer aan woonkamer geschakeld die als slaapkamer is te gebruiken; (prima) slaapbank, afsluiten met een gordijn. Daarnaast 2 geschakelde slaapkamers; de ene alleen via de andere te bereiken (geen volledige privacy). Daarnaast nog 2 geschakelde slaapkamers; een kamer is meer een bijkeuken (met keukenblok, koelkast en buitendeur), geen airco, alle overige kamers wel. Verder: Veel sanitair is sterk verouderd, soms kapot/verwaarloosd (loshangende tegels, smerige ventilatie, beestjes). Sommige elektrische contactdozen liggen gevaarlijk open, sommige lampen doen het niet. Het huis is enorm gehorig, je moet echt rekening houden met elkaar en bedtijden afstemmen. De vaatwasser functioneerde nauwelijks. De BBQ (op gas) niet gebruikt, was erg smerig. Prima keuken, meerdere koelkasten, ruim huis, allerlei spelmateriaal, heerlijk zwembad. Samengevat: mooie plek, veel ruimte, goed centraal terras en prima keuken, gehorig, maar 3 volwaardige slaapkamers, verwaarloosd sanitair, prijs/kwaliteit niet in verhouding

Traumhafter Ausblick

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, der Pool und der restliche Aussenbereich sehr gut. Alles so, wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Jedoch müssten einige Sachen renoviert oder ausgebessert werden (z.B. das kleinere Bad im unteren Bereich). Diverse Strandabschnitte waren zu Fuss gut zu erreichen, ein sehr schöner Strand mit Bademeistern war La Gaillarde. Dorthin braucht man ca. 10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuss. Nächstes Restaurant war ein Frühstücksrestaurant, ca 5 Minuten entfernt, Tapas Bar "Bovas", die jedoch recht teuer war und eine Pizzeria ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss. Alles andere war weiter entfernt. Grössere Einkäufe muss man mit dem Auto machen. Aufgepasst bei den Wildschweinen. Wir haben einige gesehen, sowohl gegen späteren Nachmittag, als auch Abends. Da ist Vorsicht geboten und den Müll wie angewiesen entsorgen. Alles in allem war es aber ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub in einer wunderbaren Umgebung. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse und dem Pool ist unschlagbar.

Nous étions un groupe de 15 personnes, 5 adultes 8 enfants et c'était idéal. La maison est magnifique, bien agencée et décorée avec soin. Les photos ne mentent pas! Le propriétaire et la personne qui s'occupe de la remise des clés sont facilement joignables et serviables. Notre séjour s'est très bien passé!
