Stay in this beautiful new villa with a swimming pool, just a 2-minute walk from the sea. From the terrace, you can enjoy a magnificent sea view with friends or family. Important: Cleaning fees and linens are not included and must be paid upon arrival (€350). The accommodation: The villa is spread over two separate levels, each with a living area including a kitchen, living room, and dining room. The upper level has a simple and elegant style, while the living area on the garden level has a more contemporary style. You will find a beautiful 30m² terrace with a magnificent sea view. On the terrace is an extendable dining table for 12 people. On the garden level, you will find another extendable dining table for 12 people, an outdoor lounge area, and several sun loungers. There is a television upstairs, but there is no TV in the darker living room. There is parking for 4 cars, and several unassigned parking spaces are located a few meters from the house. The house has 5 bedrooms: - Bedroom 1 with a 200x200 bed and an en-suite bathroom with toilet. (upper level) PGJyPg - Bedroom 2 with a 180x200 bed and bathroom (first floor) PGJyPg - Bedroom 3 with a 180x200 bed and shower room with toilet (first floor) PGJyPg - Bedroom 4 with a 160x200 bed (upper level) PGJyPg - Bedroom 5 is located in the mezzanine above the living room, the mezzanine has 2 160x200 beds. (Upper level) A separate shower room is available for the mezzanine and bedroom 3. Cleaning fees are not included in the price and must be paid upon arrival: - Cleaning and linen fee: €350 / stay - The swimming pool can be heated on request for an additional cost of €350/week - Pet fee (accepted on request): €10/day PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED!
