With its welcoming, homey feel, Otta-Walla is the perfect place to host a group of friends or family. Equipped with a large fireplace for those cold winter nights and outdoor dining options for those warm summer days, Otta-Walla is wonderful all year round. Surround yourself with nature as deer are often spotted grazing on the lush greenery. Nestled in the valley, our cabin offers easy access to pet-friendly trailheads, is a mere 5 minute walk to the quaint town center of Green Mountain Falls, and is near attractions such as Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and Pikes Peak. This was a beautiful house in a lovely location. Everything we needed was provided. The patio by the river was very relaxing, and the light filled living room with the huge stone fireplace were welcoming and provided a perfect atmosphere for visiting among our group of friends. Thank you for your hospitality.

Above and beyond host. Quick to answer questions. They thought of just about everything you may have forgotten. Property is wecoming to pets as long as they are on leash or well behaved. There is a dog that lives next door and wildlife is always on the road or in the yard whether it be mule deer or turkeys. The beds were so comfortable and the home was very nice and inviting. Lots of room for all of us and some. Hoping to return next year.

The creek was so fun and great location near falls and town. The cabin layout worked perfectly with 2 rooms and a bath separated from the main bedroom and loft.

We had a wonderful stay in the mountains in this beautiful cabin! It was spacious and perfect for our group of 6 adults and 3 kids. The adults enjoyed the serenity of the neighborhood and the kids loved the creek and board games. Would highly recommend!

Great home for families

Our family stay with another family for a total 9 people. There was plenty of beds for everyone and layout works very well for two families to have their own space on each end of the house. Kids loved the loft and toys. The creek behind the house was a big bonus. The town is really cute and quiet. Only a 15 minute drive from all the great activities in Mantiou Spring and 5 minutes for Pike Peak park. Great property!

Beautiful area! House is dated but that is mentioned in listing. Does need a good dusting of cobwebs throughout house…especially light fixtures. Outdoors needs attention but WE LOVE IT! Will be back!!

Well-appointed home in gorgeous location!

This location and rental wanted for nothing. Everything you need was provided in a gorgeous location close to hiking trails and all the surrounding destinations. Great house for our extended family vacation. Would definitely come back if we visit area again.

Great place

This was the second time staying at this property and we just love it! There is plenty of room for family gatherings and a close walk to town. We enjoyed all the restaurants and the blue moose tavern. It’s a real special place!!

It wasn't as secluded as the pictures portray, and the cabin definitely feels like it's lived in; as far as cleanliness goes. It snowed while we were there and the views were fantastic almost unreal. Overall, it was what we needed.

Spring Break

Ideal location for visiting Pikes Peak. Unfortunately, the mountain top was closed all week with the windy conditions, but we still enjoyed our stay, and found plenty of other things to do. Lots of room for our teens, their Grandma, and even our two dogs. Beds were comfy enough, more than enough spots to sit, nice shower, nice deck, fairly quiet area, with quick walking access to nature. I walked the dogs up to the Catamount Trailhead every morning.

Great Retro Cabin

The cabin was very retro but in a good way! It was well stocked and clean! Comfy beds and a good location. Great communication with the hosts and easy check in and check out. The online pics and video were pretty accurate except we were surprised at how close together the homes were in the neighborhood, behind the cabin, but it didn’t really bother us and it was quiet. The neighbors were friendly too! We would stay here again!

Comfortable and well supplied

We especially liked the living room with the big windows and skylights. The fireplace is lovely and we enjoyed the warmth on the chilly autumn evenings. The host was very responsive, the home well stocked, beds are comfy, and the area is quiet.
