• Buckle up! You're headed to the hills, and just like any good adventure, weather can be a bit unpredictable. While our cottage sits on the easily plowed main road in Green Mountain Falls, we suggest bringing your trusty 4-wheel drive or chains, especially in winter. We wouldn't want your car to feel left out of the mountain fun!
• Forget the long-distance relationship with your phone. Our mountain abode comes with spotty cell service. Fear not, Wi-Fi calling is our matchmaker here—your connection to the world won't be left hanging.
• Let's talk toilets! Our house rocks a septic system (yes, mountain life at its finest). Please only flush waste and toilet paper—no flushable impostors, please. If, by some strange twist of fate, our septic tank decides it's had enough, an alarm might serenade you. If that happens, be a hero: hit the big red button in the back hallway closet next to the small bathroom, then give us a shout. Crisis averted!
• We've got your back, or rather, your front and center. Our cozy cottage boasts both a furnace for winter warmth and a heat pump mini-split for those sizzling summer days. We like to keep things cool, even when the temperatures are high!
• No smoking, please! Our rental is strictly non-smoking—inside and out. We take fire safety seriously, and appreciate your cooperation. Thanks a million for your understanding!

All bookings require positive ID, security deposit, and rental agreement. Minimum age to rent this property is 25.

The town of Green Mountain Falls charges tax for all short term rentals - $4.50/night.

1 night = $4.50

2 nights = $9.00

3 nights = $13.50

and so on. This town tax will be added to the guest charges.
