This was a perfect place to stay and is conveniently located to many nearby restaurants and attractions. I’d definitely stay here again and the host gave us the best restaurant recommendations!

Short visit for NCSU tour

We arrived late and checked out early. Nicer on the inside than the outside. Very close to campus. We visited for a perspective student tour of NCSU. Darling little cottage was just what we needed. So nice not to be expected or required to strip beds and do dishes since we weren't there long.

The location and owner were great! The property was older. Decor was nice but lighting in kitchen was poor & paint was peeling on ceiling & walls & had a musty smell. But the place was clean.

Perfect location!

This location was perfect! The apartment was super clean and close to everything. Midge was amazing to work with, I couldn’t figure out where to park because I got there really late and she responded super fast and made sure I was okay, it was super sweet. I was concerned about the noise due to previous reviews, but honestly we didn’t notice it. My only complaints are: the floor in the hall needs to be repair, we almost tripped a couple of times and the driveway was a little hard to navigate. But overall this place was amazing. We done a lot of walking around the apartment. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for having us!

My buddies and i came up for state football. Location is great, very clean. No issues checking in or out. Midge was awsome, we did early check in and late check out. She made it very conveniant. She also said something about more rentals she had. I would deffintly stay at this location again!

Easy access to everywhere

My daughter and I were in town for a swim meet at Triangle Aquatic Center. This property was 10-15 mins from there and any shopping area we wanted to get to. There is also a Whole Foods right up the street. Super super conveniently located. It is just as listed/pictured. Midge was readily available with any questions I had. My only issue with the unit is that it faces a very busy street which is loud at night when going to sleep. I had packed sound machines which helped drown out the noise. Otherwise it was a great stay! Thank you, Midge

You Get What You Pay For.

This place was clean and the parking was convenient but that's about all that was good about it. Very noisy neighborhood on a busy street. You will not get peace and quiet. The neighbors were very loud and the walls are thin so you can hear the people in the other half of the house. The neighbors on the other side stood in their driveway just staring at me like Michael Myers a few times when I left. One time even followed my car down the driveway and watched me drive off. I asked the property manager who it was and never got a response. Maybe it was her. The house is outdated and the floor is tripping hazard. Overall for the price it fit my needs. If you want a nice quiet place this is not the place. If you don't mind all that, then you might be okay with it.

As far as I know

We often use VRBO for an alternative to hotels for room and board for our traveling employees. we use it as well for personal vacations but most of our recent rentals have been for the purpose of employees. With that said I can only speak to my experience with the host, which was seamless they were highly responsive, very understanding to the fact that we were looking for an employee, gave great instruction and made it very easy for us to rest assured that our employee would arrive and not have a problem after a 10-hour drive checking in and getting rest before working in the field. Additionally we do pay attention to the feedback from our employees of the lodging we select for them as we often revisit the same markets luckily this is a case yet again where our employee had only positive things to say about his expectations of his room and board based on the description he received from us. Knowing that, if you're looking for a business or personal rental and having use this platform for personal rentals I would accept this review as one that motivates you to book with this house I do not think you will be disappointed at all!

Girls Trip Success!!

Overall great stay in Raleigh! Midge has set up a cozy location perfect for our group of 3. We did notice lack of lighting outside of the house. House is right off of a busy street and could hear the neighbors in the evenings. Would stay again :)
