The apartment was exactly as described. Very modern, clean and well maintained (w minor exception of broken wooden slat on main door)Yes, there is club noise at night but we had no issue using white noise to mask it in the bedrooms. It was a bit distracting in the living room area if you want to watch TV or talk. With that said, it was quiet the rest of the time; no noise from neighboring units or shops below at all. You cannot beat the balcony view, onsite parking or location to campus. And lots of local restaurants, shops and well known stores are all walkable (Publix, CVS, Target). We walked through campus to get to the Zach Bryan concert at Jordan Hare stadium. Our teens loved the overall experience.My husband and I want to come back to explore the area more and would easily choose this rental again.

One of my favorites places to stay in Auburn! So close to everything, super clean, great host. Would not recommend it for small children though because of the bar scene next door. It’s very loud at night but we don’t mind it.
