Booking a rental in Noirmoutier means making sure you have a good time in the heart of exceptional fauna and flora. Located in the Bois de la Chaise, this house, completely renovated, welcomes you for holidays with family or friends. For your swim break or your relaxing session, the sublime Plage des Dames awaits you only a few meters away.



This 70 m² house, tastefully furnished, modern, is located in Noirmoutier-en-l'Ile, in the Bois de la Chaise. Composed of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and a shower, it can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a fenced garden, a 25 m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. You will find all modern comforts (television, smart speaker, WiFi). The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave and induction stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and juicer). A washing machine and a dryer are also available for longer stays. Located in an ideal area for families, the rental is located in:

Getting there by bike will allow you to take advantage of the many bike paths at your disposal.

Check-in unkompliziert. Alles vorhanden, auch Fahrräder. Küche top ausgestattet. Lage für Strand perfekt. Teppich roch nach Hund, aber ansonsten Sauberkeit ok. Check-out eher unfreundlich.

Séjour tout confort proche de la mer

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison. La mise à disposition des vélos et un grand plus, nous avons pu profiter de belles balades. La terrasse a l'abri des regardes sous les grands arbres est reposantes. Petits bémols pour les meubles de cuisine qui sont vieillissant, cependant nous avons ete averti a notre arrivee donc pas de mauvaise surprise. Nous recommandons ce lieu qui est vraiment situé dans un emplacement exceptionnel. Merci a nos hôtes !!

La maison idéale pour un couple

Petite maison très mignonne et agréable, juste à l'entrée du bois de la Chaize. Proche de la plage et du restaurant gastronomique de la Potiniêre. Belle salle de bains avec baignoire et douche à l'italienne. Petit bémol pour notre chienne bichon : la clôture fragile et le portail aéré devant la maison n'ont pas permis de la lâcher dans le jardin.

Une belle location, on reviendra!

L'emplacement, le calme et les équipements de la maison. Le ménage est réalisé mais pas complet ( les allergies à la poussière sont révélatrices), sous les lits il y avait encore beaucoup de poussières, on a du passer l'aspirateur en arrivant. Si on a une grande voiture, la place de stationnement intérieure est un peu juste, il faut bien manœuvrer d'autant que le portail n'est pas très grand.

Accueil Hoomy parfait.

Séjour parfait, petite villa balnéaire meublée avec un grand soin, quelques belles références quant à l équipement audio, au choix du mobilier ( merci de mettre à disposition des hôtes ces beaux fauteuils Costes).. et la situation relève ..de la perfection: Plage à quelques pas , pinède au pied du portail, centre ville à 15 mn de marche. Merci aussi de permettre à nos amis à 4 pattes de profiter de ce bel endroit , en le respectant, bien entendu!

Lovely place to stay at Ile de Noirmoutier

We had the chance to spend one great week at this beautiful place. The object is one of the rare locations in the area of "Bois de la chaise" and just some minutes away from famous "Plage des Dames". The house is really nice and well equipped with a good sense for style and charme. A perfect place for one family (with 2, max 3 kids). You can reach the city centre of Noirmoutier and all the other nice places by bike our just walk to the beaches close by. But there are also some things that could be improved in regard to the "Concierge Services": Though the object is already in the "upper class" of pricing, please be aware that you have to pay an extra charge of 80 Euro for cleaning. Also bed linens, towels etc. are not included and we had been charged with 85 Euro on top. Unfortunately the beds had not been prepared when we arrived and we had to make the beds ourselves. As we booked the final cleaning, the had the leave the house at 8am in the morning (!) which is absolutely not standard and definitely not a convenient service. Extra fees for cleaning and linens have to paid locally in cash. Do not expect that the concierge will able to give change when paying the fees. Also the kitchen was not well cleaned with open wine bottles etc. in the kitchen cabinet. So summary: Great place, nice house, but the Concierge Service provided by "L'Equipe Hoomy" had not been appropriate.

L'équipe de Hoomy est très agréable et professionnelle

Cette petite maison typique du bois de la Chaize agréablement restaurée au goût d'aujourd'hui est idéalement située à 5' à pied de la plage des dames et 5' en vélo du centre ville commerçant. Cette location offre les fonctionnalités utiles à des vacanciers noirmoutrins notamment des vélos et les placards sont remplis des produits de première nécessité. L'équipe de Hoomy est très agréable et professionnelle. Nous vous recommandons, vous n'aurez pas de mauvaise surprise !

Magnifique que cela soit le logement, les équipements, la situation (balade a pied ou velo a cote du centre, du bois de la chaize, ...) ... 😀 Accueil parfait avec un cadeau de bienvenue 😊 Tout à disposition, et vélos également. Vraiment nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous avec notre fille et notre chien 🐶 A refaire en été pour profiter du bel extérieur ☀️
