The entrance opens onto a quiet, pedestrian-only alley in the heart of the historic centre, just 20 metres from the Arènes.<br>Ideal for exploring Arles on foot and enjoying its cultural treasures and festivities!<br>Ground Floor: Dining room and open-concept kitchen/dining area, equipped with a 2-burner gas stove, an oven and microwave, a Nespresso coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, dishes, and kitchen utensils.<br>First Floor: Small shower room with toilet, and a TV lounge featuring a new and comfortable sofa bed that sleeps two.<br>On the 2nd Floor: large bedroom with a queen-size bed (160/190 cm), closet, chest of drawers, and a large desk area<br>, plus a small mezzanine with a two-person sofa bed, featuring a skylight and air conditioning.<br>A travel cot is available.

It is definitely a charming beautiful house! You walk out of the house and the arena is right there!! Restaurants everywhere. Beautiful place. Our host was very communicative and very helpful when we had questions before and during our stay. Staircase is very tight and steep. If you have mobility issues or little kids I would be aware of it. And the AC ! We had air conditioning in every floor except the loft. It was much much needed and appreciated for sure! We absolutely loved everything about our stay! I can not wait to come back and stay here again. Thank you Sylvia!

Rustiquement agréable

Beaucoup d'espace dans les 3 pièces, impression d'être "comme à la maison" malgrés la petite salle de bains mal agencée et les escaliers très raides...
