Great Apartment, highly recommended.
The apartment is very convenient, new, well equipped, tastefully decorated and and well-located.
The kitchen has separate oven and microwave as opposed to the combo units one often finds in apartments that drive me mad. Single sink is quite large, fridge is a decent size with freezer compartment, worktop space is adequate, but there is virtually nowhere to store groceries (we just piled ours on one side of the countertop).
We had 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. The bathrooms had enough supplies to get started (one toilet roll and one pack of soap/shampoo/conditioner/body lotion). The beds have a duvet and blanket, we found them too hot and removed the duvet from the cover and slept well under the cover and blanket. All the bedrooms have access to one of two balconies via large doors, so opening them just before bedtime cooled the bedrooms down quickly. One can hear some muffled noise from the adjacent apartments, but no more than one would expect in a well-insulated modern building.
Wi-fi is relatively slow (8-10 mbps down but only 0.25-0.4 mbps up) but that seems to be the whole area. The wifi didn’t reach all the bedrooms very well, but we just moved the router out of the cupboard in the entrance and it was fine.
Parking was underneath the building (protected and secure). It was very tight but manageable. Our large SUV only just fit, it was millimetres from the sides and top of the box and hard to turn around in the adjacent space, so not convenient to go in and out multiple times.
The apartments are good value considering the general high costs of the area and we will definitely stay here again. The agents were very helpful, and there was a great welcome package (2 bottles of good Champagne, a bluetooth speaker, large stainless steel
