15 minutes from the gates of Le Mans (24H Circuit) and 20 minutes from La Flèche (La Flèche Zoo). In a charming setting, calm and comfort are at the rendezvous. Welcome to the countryside but with all the shops within a 10-minute walk. A gîte facing the mill wheel that can accommodate up to 4 people. On the ground floor, living room with fully equipped kitchen area and dining area. Upstairs, lounge area with TV and sofa. Lounge area opens onto a large bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 double bed. Bathroom with toilet. Beds made upon arrival.

Amazing cottage in what is really a small farm. Exterior from the 1700's, modern renovated interior. Two floors., kitchen and upper living area with sitting room. Very private, very secure, even has a front gate they give you a clicker to. Wonderfully nice family and hosts. All top notch. Only thing that could be improved, if it is possible, technically, is the internet, which was pretty slow, but usable. We loved the place and will be back!
