Perfect property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The view was amazing! The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. The restaurants in the units were very good and accommodating.

The room was good. The beds could be more comfortable. The check-in was a little confusing either I missed the directions or did not get them so had to back track to get our keys. The place itself could use some help as elevators where broken and the cleaning time is on top of people trying to check out which makes it difficult to get out. The pool area mainly the lazy river does not have enough power you have got to push yourself and the indoor hot tub was not warm at all. When the pool closed security locked the door and we had like 15 people trying to go to rooms that way and they said walk around instead of letting us go that way which was pretty rude.

I recently stayed at a condo in Myrtle Beach and had a fantastic experience. The unit was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning—we spent every morning watching the sunrise over the ocean. The kitchen was well-stocked with most of what we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. It was also just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Myrtle Beach!

Favorite condo from annual visitors!

Our family stays in a Bay Watch condo every summer- this was the best condo to date. We loved having 2bed/2bath. 1 big balcony off living room & 1 small balcony off master bedroom. Washer/dryer was a plus. Kitchen was stocked with all utensils, pots, pans, can opener, Keurig, toaster etc. 3 beach chairs/fan/baby bumper for bed in the closet. I love when owners leave these extra things to make our stay more comfortable. My only complaint (not for owner but to cleaning service) is every room had sand and long dark hair on the floors. Luckily there was a vacuum in the closet for me to vacuum when we checked in. This would not deter me from coming back- I would 100% recommend and stay again. I did see other complaints of low water pressure- don’t let this deter you. It was a little low at kitchen sink but nothing worth complaining about. Water was great in the showers (where it matters!) and we had plenty of hot water for everyone to shower comfortably. Like I said- this was our favorite condo so far- thank you for having us!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was in a great location on the beach, with a fantastic view from the balconies. However, the unit itself, as well as the entire building appears dated, and the hallway walking to the unit reminded me of a motel -at one point there was an individual laying/sitting on the floor in the hallway outside of the unit. In addition there are only two elevators servicing the building, so we had to frequently wait in line to get on the elevator on the ground floor. Overall, it was a nice unit, but not worth the price.

Reviewer Comments: Great location, loved beach and pool access , pools weren’t overly crowded considering there’s 3 buildings with multiple units. Condo was very clean only downside is they have the bare minimum of kitchen cooking utensils and cookware and what they do have is so old and overused we went out and bought our own to use. I’d stay here again though .

Nice stay

Condo was very nice and the ocean view was perfect - the description offered us 250 worth of coupons for activities daily but we never received anything and when I called no one answered - that’s was the only downside

1st Experience

2 couples Golf-Beach Trip. From PA. Past experiences with oceanfront condos was Hilton Head. This property booked via VRBO. Overall thrilled that the unit was clean, cozy & quiet! Pros: Parking Garage across street but can pull up right outside elevators to load/unload, unit had most amenities needed, North Beach Realty staff very nice, easy access to beach Cons: You must go to the realty office (1.6 miles 5 min drive) upon arrival & departure (we are accustomed to receiving the pkt via mail prior to travel), this particular unit still uses traditional keys to a deadbolt (vs a keypad), the hallway to the unit is rusty & unkept, the water pressure in the unit (except for the showers thankfully) is very low which we reported to the office right away (arrival Sat) but it took until Tues to be notified that the owner has low flow devices (it just would've been nice to know this ahead of time to eliminate the back & forth between us & the office while trying to enjoy vacation). The office did send a maintenance person out promptly, who validated the issue. Then the office had the HOA visit who said everything was fine...it was then we were notified that the owner has "low pressure for a reason." I am not opposed to resource conservation it just would've been nice to know ahead of time. Beach towels are not supplied, which is fine, we just got a chuckle that the plaque on the living room wall indicates "beach house. beach towels provided" lol. Would recommend & would revisit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was super clean and really nicely maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were really spacious. We were steps away from the beach and close to many attractions. The resort was nice with multiple pools and a nice restaurant. The only complaint I have is that the hallways leading to the units were very run down, dirty and a lot of rust around the windows. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beach view from balcony

Property location directly on the beach was fantastic. Lazy River was a big hit too. Overall condition of main buildings was ok and could use some updating. Condo was clean and kitchen well appointed. Condo was updated with new countertops and kitchen appliances. The air conditioning system was a bit problematic. Didn’t seem to remove moisture and there was a fan running when we checked in. Glad it was there because we needed it for circulation in master bedroom. It was noted in other reviews as well. Overall it was a great location and we all had a good time.

Being that high up(19th floor) the view is spectacular but the wind is ferocious!The bedrooms get warm at night. There is only one portable fan so I will bring one next time I come back.Bar and pool is nice.My only complaint is that we were standing by the fence away from everyone while my husband smoked a cigar. A security guard comes over and said that smoking was only allowed by the parking garage but there is no receptacle to dispose cigarettes or cigars. People were tossing it on the ground. Luckily my husband carry’s a case for that.
