Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ocean view condo sleeps 8 people. This spacious oceanfront unit has 1 king in the master bedroom, 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom and 1 sleeper sofa.

Located at 2301 South Ocean Blvd in the Crescent Beach Section of North Myrtle Beach, this 14th floor condo offers a resort atmosphere for year-round enjoyment.

There is a flat screen TV in the living room and both bedrooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, Wi-Fi and a beautiful view from the private ocean view balcony.

From fine dining, live theatre shows, unlimited shopping, to dozens of championship golf courses, Crescent Beach offers everything you want without compromising the privacy you deserve. Great stay

Amenities are few, but in good condition. we are beach goers, so did not affect us. Very clean and cute condo. Plenty of room for myself and two teenage daughters. Easy to get on beach. Would def stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good place to stay. Rental was clean and in a good location to access activities and dining. Complaints would be the unit is small, not a ton of space. I would recommend getting linen service as only 1 set of showering towels provided per person so had to laundry daily. Finally parking garage is a nightmare for large vehicles.

Perfection!

OOOMMMGGG! This was hands down our favorite stay at Myrtle Beach! The location, the condo absolute perfection. Bed is comfy, decor is simple but classy, plenty of room to store your own things. Yes the parking garage is tight - that was minor, in our opinion. The balcony chairs are great for watching the sunrise. 10/10 would recommend!

Lovely property, away from everything

Beauty room, very nice, clean property overall. Kitchens are a bit tiny for a two bedroom. Beautiful beach, and fantastic view from the balcony. Only drawback is the fact that there are really no shops, restaurants or activities within easy walking distance. The main business area is a few miles north, necessitating a car or golf cart.

Clean, updated, family beach, good location

Having cleaned homes as a prior occupation, this area and the smallness of the kitchen are my only concerns. Overall, the space was clean. Just little details like food (bacon & some leftovers ) between the oven & counter, we found food on multiple pieces of silverware, so immediately washing all utensils was needed upon arrival. The kitchen, is a space-saver, just a FYI for those who cook. The beds were comfortable, and a quiet space for quality rest was had. I appreciated the attention to decor and art chosen for the space, simply elegant. I do wish there was some additional space to put the beach equipment other than the bedroom closet.

Long weekend

Just wanted a place for a long weekend. This was perfect. Small kitchen, but didn’t plan on cooking. Pool well maintained. Beach access convenient (right next door). Parking garage a tad bit tight, but larger vehicles can park across the street. Our unit was very clean and updated. Ocean view of beach to the north.Thank you for a great weekend away!

Pool Review

Indoor pool area was disappointing. Doors were left open/broken, causing the indoor pool area to be cold and windy. the indoor pool was what brought up to this place, being the time of year and weather. We did not get much use due to these issues.

Great condo on the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was super clean upon check-in. Beds were comfy and the unit had mistly everything we needed. Place was well stocked. Only thing I would suggest that was missing was dishsoap, maybe one or two dishwasher pods and maybe some laundry pods as well. We picked stuff up at the local Wal-Mart, it just would be one less thing to buy and no one really thinks to bring these items. The coffee pot was broken and had no filters at all but when I stopped at the NB Realty they gave me a new one. Kids loved the pool and the lazy river. Fitness center was a bit tight but had all the basics. Beach was great and we spend most of our time there.

The building itself was disappointingly run down, but the condo was beautifully decorated and clean!Our main issue was we were not told that we could not use our balcony due to construction. There were literally workers outside our only windows that’s morning, on our balcony working.We only spent one night and they were gracious enough to give us a partial refund.
