This detached, partially single-story cottage opens via three steps into a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a comfortable living room. It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm), the other with two single beds. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower for optimal comfort, and the toilet is separate.

For professionals, bed linen rental is mandatory (€11 per person), as is an end-of-stay cleaning fee (€60). Heating is provided by an oil-fired boiler, charged at €10 per day.
