In Berry, in the heart of the Brenne Regional Natural Park and 5 minutes from the Park Visitor Center, a studio apartment in a large, eco-renovated house in the village center overlooks a pond.

Highlights: Close to Le Blanc, the Haute-Touche Park, ponds, and sites in the Poitou region (Angles-sur-Anglin, La Roche-Posay, Saint-Savin, etc.). Ground floor: bedroom/studio with kitchenette, two single beds (or a king-size bed), and private bathroom (walk-in shower) and toilet (accessible for people with reduced mobility).

Heating via a heat pump is included in the price.
