The 2 gas/log fireplaces add a touch of warmth and ambiance, perfect for those cozy evenings after a day of beach fun. - Kitchen- Large and well appointed with Everything you need to make great meals! Guaranteed to make the Chefs in your group happy!
- Living room - Is light bright &spacious w/ comfy seating and a cozy gas log fireplace. Doors open to deck! Let the Ocean air in!
- Dining area - large table , great for meals and game nights! Opens to deck!
- Bedroom 1 - Is on the main level and has a comfortable Queen bed
- Bathroom 1- Shower only, no bathtub - beautifully remodeled!

LOWER LEVEL
- Features a TV lounge w/ large, comfy sectional sofa, Gas/log Fireplace, Smart TV & DVD player
- Bedroom 2- Harry Potter-themed bunk bed room (2 Twins) and reading nook. Set off of family room area. Kids are going to LOVE IT!
- Bedroom 3 - Cozy w/a Comfy Full sized bed
- Bathroom 2 - w/bathtub
- Laundry area w/stackable washer/dryer

- Dogs only - NO cats. $100 Dog Fee per Dog
- NO Parties, NO Large Gatherings. Quiet hours from 9pm to 9am
- 4 car maximum - 3 in driveway by the garage off of Park Ave and 1 street-side in front of the house on Ocean View Ave.
- Due to the severe water crisis at Dillon Beach, we are kindly requesting all guests be respectful and conscientious of their water usage
- NO Smoking of ANY substances in the home & due to High Fire Concerns, outdoor smoking is restricted to paved or concrete surfaces only
