The flat is on the 1st floor of a residence without a lift, accessible by around 30 steps. It comprises an entrance hall with cupboard, a bathroom with washing machine/dryer, a separate WC, a fitted kitchen opening onto the lounge/living room with two single foldaway beds (80 x 190) - not suitable for children under 6 or adults -, a double sofa bed (140 x 190), a television and access to a south-west-facing corner balcony.

The condominiums offer a great leisure environment, with a heated swimming pool open in summer, a tennis court and a playground. The flat also has a ski locker (no. 20) and a shared car park in the residence (not for individuals).
