This preserved 18th century farmhouse is situated on a picturesque 24 acre estate boasting southerly views of rolling hills down to northern Connecticut including the majestic Mount Everett, the highest peak in the south Taconic mountains a
nd adjacent to a 900 acre nature preservation. High speed internet by Fiber.

The farmhouse itself is a completely private residence with its own driveway and entrance. Originally dating back to 1788, the farmhouse was initially completely renovated in the 1940's. The property was purchased in 2018 from a 3rd generation family and lived in by the hosts then upgraded with new fixtures and appliances.

The house has: on the ground floor- foyer, coat closet, an office/mudroom with closet sofa/pullout bed and desk, one bedroom with closet and dresser, one full bathroom, living/dining room with wood-burning stove, kitchen with porch and old garage space. On the second floor you’ll find two bedrooms, one with king bed and the other with a queen and a full bathroom. Plus a garage space for bikes and outdoor storage of toys!

After a year we found the dream land with the perfect view and decided to build the house of our dream. We lived in the property in the annex farmhouse for 2 years In the property while building.Now we moved in the new house and decided to rent our farmhouse
