Located at the gates of the Lorraine Regional Natural Park, between Metz and Nancy, away from the village. Gîte in an old renovated mill, adjoining accommodation.
On site 1st category stream - trout fishing possible at certain times. Gîte (220 m²).
Ground floor: entrance / relaxation area, independent fitted kitchen, large living room: living room of 43 m², one bedroom (1 140x190 bed), shower room and separate WC.
Floor: 2 bedrooms (2 90x190 beds in each), 1 bedroom (1 160x200 bed), 1 bedroom (1 140x190 bed) and 1 bedroom (1 160x200 bed) with sink inside.
Shower room, separate WC.
Wifi internet access.
Wood pellet central heating, charges included.
1 animal accepted, beyond: €8/additional animal.
The end-of-stay cleaning package is obligatory for professional stays at a rate of €200, as well as the rental of sheets: €10 per pair, bathroom linen is optional at €10 per person
Enclosed garden of 60 m² with picnic table, terrace of 12 m².
Short stays possible under 3 nights, subject to acceptance by the owner.
You will be welcomed at the cottage by the owners.
