Located in the prestigious Lowlands, this villa is your dream vacation spot with its breath-takings views on our beautiful green mountains. The villa is 5 minutes away from beaches, supermarkets, gyms, and activities. We will take great pleasure in hosting you. When renting with us you get concierge services to facilitate all things during your stay.

The 3 main bedrooms are in the villa upstairs and you have outside access to a 4th bedroom, each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.

Guests are to use the villa in its entirety: pool, terrace, rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, parking.

Fantastic place for a group

The check-in process was seamless and the team kept in contact with us prior to our arrival. The bedrooms are set up in a way where it feels like they are all separate private apartments with a common area in the center (perfect for a group of friends). The property was clean and felt very safe. The pool was really nice, especially at night with it being lit. We had a great time and overall no complaints. I can't recommend it enough. Thanks!

Don’t rent this

All bedrooms were detached and only accessible by going outside. The kitchen was also detached, as well as the Very small tv room. There was no place for all of our group of 6 to get together except outside. This was not obvious from the pictures nor was it indicated in the description (although I think it might have been updated online after I complained). It was dirty, cockroaches everywhere and a dead rat in the bottom of the kitchen garbage. One person in our party forgot his swimming suit. He contacted Capucine who said she had found it. He asked how much he could pay to have it shipped to him and she wouldn’t respond and he finally gave up. Huge disappointment.

Nice home with a few small issues. Outstanding host.

We had a very nice week in Terres Basses. The Villa has a well equipped kitchen. There were a couple small issues that Capucine handled immediately including replacing the nespresso machine. The location is a little remote but accurately described (Carrefour express is close as is Mezza Luna a lovely italian rest. on the beach). It should be noted that the 4th bedroom is downstairs, quite dark, and is quite separate from the rest of the home/guests. In that room it is necessary to access the bathroom by going out with a separate key. All of this could be 'no big deal' for some guests, but you should know in advance. In general it's a lovely home, great shared common space with pool and patio. We love St. Martin and Capucine is lovely.

Paradise

Beautiful Villa! We had a group of six so the 3-,bedroom/3-bathroom arrangement worked well. The infinity pool was a plus. Capucine is very attentive and helped with all of our questions/asks. I look forward to next time on St. Martin!

Private Villa

The place was clean and wonderfully designed. There are three bedrooms with their own bathroom and all are separate from each other. Infinity pool was spectacular. it stayed the perfect temp and the views from it were wonderful. Very relaxing place. Capucine was quick to respond and She gave us suggestions on where to eat and things to do. She also set up a couple excursions for us. I would highly recommend this place
